Pure Nootropics Arvostelua 31

My order was cancelled by them without any reason given in the email. However, they still charged my credit card. No reply via email and no one pickup the phone. Do not order from them.

Ordered a couple nootropics here, spent about $40. Zero effect! Didn’t feel anything at all so must have been some mystery powder. I’m trashing what I bought and never order there again.

I sent the company emails and left phone messages asking them to stop sending the monthly deliveries as I have been accumulating too many bottles. Only once did I get an email response in which they said they would honor my request. However, I still continue to receive shipments.
It is extremely inconvenient that I can never speak to a person on the phone and they do NOT call me back.
Nor do they follow through to stop sending me products and billing me in spite of several requests to stop. I'm really quite upset about this

I ordered my first ever racetam from Pure Nootropics under the old domain and with the old logo back in 2018. The shipping took a long time. The upside was, it was amazingly potent - even more than ND. It was late 2022 next I ordered. I emailed PN to enable racetams on my account as a former buyer, then I received it pretty fast. Haven't taken it enough to leave detailed review, but I did note a sharpening of vision when walking that lasted several minutes after ingesting ~200mg of Aniracetam.

Used to be regular, spent over a £1000. I was offered a discount code via their internal promotion, however it did not work ofc. Emailed them in the last month 3 times, yet they could not bother to reply, also the discount expired, so i doubt i would purchase from them any time, also i would discourage anyone who wishes so, as i dont see how this lack of care for customers would reassure anyone of receving a quality
pure product .

I ordered a bottle of agmatine. I opened the bottle and one of the capsules was empty with some residual powder in it! It felt like the rest of the capsules had a powdery substance on them.
I will certainly NOT take this. I don’t trust them.
Money down the drain.
Bad Company.

It’s been a week and a half; they do not pick up the phone, reply back to VM, or reply back to email inquiries ( tried both email addresses). They are only open a few hours a day. The customer service is non existent.

Several years ago this company had a good reputation. Im thinking new management might have taken over.

On time, great price and quality, in these trying times of B.S. regulation and fakes, these guys have been always been there and as of now are one of the very few stores that can replace science.bio. Thanks purenootropics!

Never any issues with shipping etc, recently had an issue With submitting wrong contact details with an order waiting to see response, they have been fantastic to date.

Ordered phenlypiracetam and noopet from them and waited a while to get the package. Spent $41.81 on both and I don’t feel ANYTHING. No energy, no focus, nothing. I bet you it’s just some cheap white substance they cut it with to make money and rip you off. Also, which this is my fault for not looking but they don’t except returns or exchanges on opened products… how am I supposed to know if I want to return it if I dont try it. Phenlypiracetam is supposed to be strong… but couldn’t see any difference. I would suggest

Ordered two items from them. At checkout they told me 3-5 business days for shipping. 7 days later after order was completed I got notice that the order had just shipped. I took my medication I ordered two separate days and FEEL NOTHING. I felt nothing with my first or second dose. I even doubled the second dose and spaced it 2 days apart. This is supposed to be the most intense Racepam on the market and it literally made me want to sleep. No effect other than loss of money in my wallet. Tried to email the company - 2 weeks later still no response. Not happy and feel ripped off.

Great service! I've order alot from pure nootropics and have never had a problem. Products are "pure" lol and not over priced either. Very pleased with everything about them!

Pure nootropics has improved alot over the years I've ordered from them. And the past year or so things have been nothing but exceptional. Very pleased with how much care and effort they have put into improving. Nootropics have always been great quality too. Of course the people that have a bad experience are always the ones to leave a review, that's just how it goes, you know?

Ordered adrafinil. Tasted like chalk had no effect whatsoever. SCAM!!!

Never received my package, terrible service. Got no help through emails. Stay clear

1oz bottle of vitamin B-12 sublingual drops. The label says “Serving size: 2 capsules” SERIOUSLY!!? 2 CAPSULES??!! Give me a break, it’s a liquid! Duh!

So I looked on their web site, there’s no information on serving size or dose information. Then I found out they’re only open for a 3 1/2 hours each day, it’s a part time business!! “We are open from 10:00 am – 1:30 pm Mountain Standard Time”

Caveat emptor!

I don’t agree 100% as far as what this company offers as far as something’s possibly not being the safest. That’s personal preference though. I ordered about 6 times and every time was right on time if not earlier. Great customer support too.

STAY CLEAR OF THESE.
Shocking company, never answer emails or message through social media. So glad I didn't order anything from these clowns
