I tried to cancel less than five minutes after I ordered so that I could buy a different kit. Absolutely no cancellations accepted, no exceptions, poor customer service.

So awesome took no time to fill out and picked it up at my local Walgreens that day!

I should be able to get a refund for something I DIDNT get a notice WITH BEFORE my CARD WAS CHARGED. It hasn’t even been shipped yet!!! Will not recommend or order from here ever again. Change your policy because if the order hasn’t been shipped yet there is NO REASON to NOT ALLOW A REFUND.

Be sure to read all of the fine print. They advertise thar you can get a 3 month supply of birth control for $30. They go through multiple steps with that being what you agree to..... that ONLY covers them writing you the prescription.

I wasn’t sure if this would actually work especially because my period last so long and is usually pretty heavy. I’m a week in and no period, breakthrough bleeding nothing. I’m definitely bloated but otherwise I haven’t had any other side effects.

I've been getting birth control through them for years because I can't always get an appointment with my OBGYN everytime I need a new prescription, she won't write me more than 6 months worth at a time even if I've been using it for years. They suddenly wanted to change me to a birth control that I've had issues with in the past. When I pushed back, they suddenly cancelled, now I'm scrambling to get what I need in before my old prescription runs out. This is frustrating.

I’m beyond frustrated with this company. I paid for a prescription refill and have been stuck in an endless loop of answering the SAME questions over and over again since yesterday morning. It honestly feels like no one is actually reviewing anything—just automated responses wasting my time.

Meanwhile, my prescription still hasn’t been filled, and I’ve gotten zero real help or resolution. If you’re going to take people’s money, the bare minimum is to provide the service you promised.

At this point, it feels like a scam or, at best, extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
