Puregym is a friendly gym where people mind their own business. If you want to lose weight, there is equipment that will help you lose weight. Most of the staffs are approachable. There is equipment which suits everybody. If you are self motivated, you can choose the equipment you want to you. If you need some help, you can join some classes. Generally people appear friendly and the general atmosphere is friendly. The toilets are clean. There are writings on the wall to encourage you such as Lets do this. I like Puregym. Value for money.

The staff are very polite, friendly & give good training advise. They are always happy.The gym is a nice size, great equipment & weights. Its very cosy. Very nice gym.

Ok just not enough equipment

Again, I have to rate PureGym Lichfield one star. Unfortunately, the environment there makes me feel very uncomfortable. In particular, one female member of staff has a consistently unfriendly attitude, which only adds to that feeling.

There are also ongoing issues with the equipment. Some machines are either out of order or do not operate correctly. For example, the calf machine binds during use, making the movement very stiff and uncomfortable.

The showers are another concern, with mould growing on the silicone sealant and an unpleasant smell that seems to persist.

There are much better gyms in Lichfield that offer friendlier, more helpful staff and a more welcoming atmosphere. PureGym also seems to attract a number of people with oversized egos, which can make the environment less enjoyable. In addition, children are sometimes allowed in the gym unsupervised when they should not be.

Sadly, I can no longer recommend this gym.

Great environment and staff are very interactive especially my personal trainer Resharn from snow hill who's absolutely brilliant. His ability to coach more confidence in movement, weight loss and strength is second to none and it's really changed my life. If your someone this relates to I'd definitely look to get in touch🙏🏾

Been here for almost a year and has not disappointed me the people and colleagues are nice and the gym is a safe place for everyone.

Up to date gym and got loads of machines and good gym environment.

Clean gym, great equipment at Birmingham Snow hill.

Great staff at the Birmingham Snow Hill gym with a lot of equipment for every workout needs you have.

Weights are kept in designated area healthy amount of different machines. Only request is for a boxing bag!!! (I’m situated at snow hill puregym)

The staff are extremely helpful and have given me assistance since my journey started.

There is a vast amount of equipment varying in ability and appropriate for both learners and advanced gym-goers.

Had a good experience with Josh who’s is one of the personal trainers. He helped me u destined what I should be training to build muscle properly without feeling stiff

The staff is super supportive which encourages me to engage in my gym sessions,and it has made a clear difference on my health.Even since joining my commitment to my fitness has increased significantly!

I love the friendliness of the staff at this gym. I’ve trained with David and Shaq, and they’ve really helped me improve my lifting technique. I’ve also really enjoyed their class, Sweat and Strike.

Resharn has always been really friendly and welcoming, which definitely adds to the positive atmosphere in the gym.

Great gym very clean nice staff

i am a beginner at the gym so i was nervous going in at first, but the staff were super lovely. the one person that stuck out to me was jack (i think thats his name), he was amazing and didnt make me feel as though being a beginner was a bad thing. thank you!
