I joined Billericay Pure Gym in January , great experience so far and started PTsessions with Hedson Trindale 12 weeks ago after a shoulder injury and Osteoporosis diagnosis left me feeling life was rapidly going downhill.
Hedson custom programmed a strengthening plan for me with targeted exercises based on my goals and concerns. 12 weeks later I feel and look stronger , more confident , lifting weights and using gym equipment with familiarity. Hedson’s targeted exercises aim to increase my bone density and stability . I feel challenged yet safe from injury with a much more positive attitude.
Hedson is professional, punctual and genuinely interested in my health.
100% recommend.

Really good gym, nice crowd, especially the early morning crew, and being open 24 hours is a game changer. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Hedson, proper inspiring and knowledgeable always brings good energy and value as personal trainer 🏆

The GLC class taken by Chris is so good. It’s very thought out and you feel great knowing you’ve done an all over fitness class. Easy to follow and fun. I always look forward to doing his classes.

Lots of equipment, for me it’s the expertise of Costa. Very patient, knows which exercises and when to progress.

Amazing training with Emel, very professional and friendly coach! Highly recommend! Erith branch is lovely place.

The gym is well maintained, good and clean equipments and the trainers are amazing

PureGym in Blackburn is very good. Until I got a PT called Dylan. I decided after about 5-6 weeks that I didn't want to continue doing the 1-2-1 and that apparently it was a 3 month contract. Which he never explained to me at the beginning. I signed nothing with him. Long story short. I told him I was going to trading standards to check this out.
In turn he said why not take me to court instead..then said or I can take you to court. I don't class any of this professional. Such a horrible man. Stay away from him...
