No item no communication absolute scamming thieves

Avoid Pure Darts. Terrible company very quick to take money but no communication or goods. Will not be using them again.

I purchased darts, flights and stems on the 9th of June. I received the stems and flights on the 20th of June. With an invoice stating my darts would follow. It is now the 15th of July and I am still waiting. I have tried phoning numerous about of times, it just rings out. I have left emails and enquiry forms on their website and yet knowone has replied. I would avoid this website at all costs don't make the same mistake. This isn't a one of either as I am seeing plenty of other reviews experiencing the same problem.

I ordered some darts ,stems and flights ,the darts arrived a week later with a note on the dispatch note saying the stems and flights were "to follow
" This is well over a month now. I've emailed them several times during this time with no response and their phone line just rings out. They've basically stolen my money.

Horrendous service basically have taken my money and not supplied the darts, no reply to emails or answering phone calls avoid!!! Go to dartscorner instead.

Update- got a refund but no apology or explanation from the company regarding the order so I gave them one extra star because I got my money back.

If they had been closed due to the pandemic they should have put something on the website.

Purchase made 13 days ago. Since paying received no correspondence. Have called, emailed and filled in forms on their site, nothing back.
Understand with Covid-19 things may take longer but at the moment it just seems like they've stolen my money. Website mentions nothing about them not being able to take orders.

Update - they got in touch after about 3 weeks apologising. They have been closed and only just reopened. Obviously bit silly not mentioning it anywhere on website but refund done straight away also no harm done. Changed rating from 1 start to 3 as at least everything was corrected.

My honest review of this company would say that orders are delivered very quickly, however i've had a rather poor recent experience, in not receiving the full order which i had paid for, I sent a message stating this however to this day i have not received a reply or an apology or a refund for the missing items, a shame really as i've used them for 20+ years, Also i asked if they'd changed their supplier as i'd ordered some common dart stems which were of an inferior quality to the ones I'd previously ordered, no suprises in guessing whats coming up, They ignored me then.

Excellent company. Ordered a set of darts on a Thursday night and received them on Saturday morning.

I Ordered some darts products from these guys, and they was delivered within 48 hours with no problems at all. The items were well packaged and just as described.
