Puglia Pools Arvostelua

Fantastic facilities management. Puglia Pools offers a wide range of services for homeowners abroad, with quick response times and the added bonus of great Italian connections and English-speaking staff. We couldn’t manage without them

I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with Puglia Pools and Spa in the person of Graham Bayne for over 5 years. It is not an overstatement to say that he brought a comfort to our lives. As owners of property in the Valle d’Itria area of Puglia, the fact that we live in Bali and cannot be watchful of the property would be a concern but for Graham. If a problem arises, we are immediately alerted to it, consult with Graham to develop a solution, and end the conversation knowing that the problem is solved. We don’t have to think about it again. That kind of peace of mind cannot be valued in euros, but I know that I have had fewer sleepless nights than I otherwise would had Graham not been our proxy on the ground. I would recommend Puglia Pools and Spa to provide any service they offer without reservation or hesitation.

We really appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Puglia Pools. They are always prompt in responding to any request. We trust them implicitly and are leaving our pool in their care for the winter, again. It was lovely to return home to a turquoise blue pool this year.

Very knowledgeable, reliable and professional company. Had them do two pools over many years and the only time you heard about any problems was after they had sorted it. Well done and we wish them every success.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.

for ten years Graham and Chris have given me 5***** service and maintenance on my pool. Competent, fairly priced, on-time and reliable both for weekly service and installations.

We have been working with Chris and the team at Puglia Pools for over a year now and have found them to be very professional and a great reassurance to know our property is being well looked after in our absence.

As many others have suggested, Puglia Pools is something of a misnomer, as it fails to indicate the breadth of capability that Chris, Graham, Alison and the rest of the team have now created.

What we really appreciate, is their willingness to assist you, when actually what you need doesn't necessarily fall within the remit of the services you are paying for. Bottom line, is if they cant help you, they certainly will know someone that can.

For families looking for a 'one stop shop' type organisation, I seriously doubt whether there is any direct, equivalent competitor in the geographic area Puglia Pools now covers.

Puglia Pools are a very professional and knowledgeable pool company and can be relied upon to help out when needed. They are up to date with all the latest technologies, a trait we never found with any other local pool company.

We have never let our property so cannot comment on their property management skills, but have no doubt they will be first class. They are also always on hand to help out with all the inevitable property issues that occur.

Having said all this, the most important factor is that we trust the whole team at Puglia Pools and this trust has been earned over the last 10 years of consistent reliable service.

Puglia Pools, really reliable and honest. The best solution for your pool, garden and house maintenance.

The team at Puglia Pools have made our transition as home owners in Italy so much easier. All the work they have carried out for us has been of an excellent quality and moving forward their management services and pool installation will ensure we have as smooth a journey as possible on our Italian adventure

Very happy with the whole team. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

Alison and Chris at Puglia Pools are extremely good at what they do. I would receommend them to anyone with a property in Puglia who is looking for company to manage the maintenance and the bookings. They take the stress out of looking after the property and have an excellent team of local trades to help out when necessary.

We have dealt with Puglia Pools for over 10 years now and have found them incredibly professional, reliable and responsive. They treat our property as if it is their own and are always working with us to improve things. The quality of their work is top notch. We would highly recommend them.

Having moved to Italy from the UK to open a yoga centre and carry out some extensive building renovations we were extremely fortunate to have been introduced to Graham at Puglia Pools. Graham and his team have made the whole experience of settling into a new country a very simple process. They have helped us with almost everything from introducing us to a fantastic local builder, surveyor and accountant, helping us to manage our building renovations, maintaining our pool, arranging our wifi connection, moving utility bills into our name along with some more slightly unusual requests such as chasing delivery companies who cannot find our address. (we are still learning Italian!)They are so helpful, reliable and trustworthy we cannot recommend them enough.

Puglia Pools are friendly, reliable and professional. They maintain our pool, gardens and house. Guests at our property often provide specific praise for the local Puglia Pools team.

This company have managed my property in Puglia for approx. 4 years and assisted also in its sale. Very professional, reliable and a can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again if the need ever arose.

Totally brilliant service at every level. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Puglia Pools not just for pool maintenance but for every other aspect of owning and renting a property in Puglia. Nothing is ever a hassle for the team, and they have so much experience of Italy that their services are invaluable. Don't even think about running a property on your own, it's really close to impossible. Use Puglia Pools. Amazing.

The 1st phone call I made to Puglia Pools it turned out was the best call I made regarding my swimming pool.
After a year of poor service from another supplier I discussed my problem and Puglia Pools were at my property within the hour. One week later I was swimming in crystal clear clean water - something that had been a challenge to achieve previously.
One year later the service has been fantastic and I know I have found a company I can trust.
