Puglia Pools Arvostelua

I can't recommend Puglia Pools enough! They're always there when we have a question or need help. Their quick response time and willingness to go the extra mile have made maintain our pool super easy. It's amazing to work with a company that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and is always available to address any concerns. Highly recommend!

Graham is always willing and able to find solutions to difficult issues.
Highly recommend the company.

Once in a while you come across a business that surpasses their own promise. We worked with Pugliapools since 2016 and each time we had a pool incident, and needed help to save our season, Graham resolved it promptly and professionally keeping us informed about progress and giving his reassurance that all is under control, very comforting if you don’t live around the corner! Thank you Pugliapools.

Built our Pool near Ostuni which was started just before the First Covid Lockdowns. So between us not visiting for 2 years the progress was not straightforward. However we kept in touch with Graham and the pool was completed last spring. We were never under any pressure to get the project completed and we are very happy with the results. Pool cleaning has been reliable and looking forward to our second Summer with the pool.

They have been managing our property in Italy for a year now. They take care of the house and sort out any issues that come up. They organise and manage great tradesmen to do works when necessary. Any questions with local authorities they deal with quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend Puglia Pools.

The best Service in Puglia! We worked with Puglia pools since we bought a house in Puglia 2 years ago and we are 100% satisfied with their services. They helped us with the design, planning and construction of our new pool and maintenance of our garden, Chris and his team are professional, trustworthy, but above all verry friendly people to work with. Thanks! Rick de Meijer

Puglia Pools is very reliable, knowledgeable, and work independently, so we are sure our pool is in perfect condition, even when we are not there for a longer period.

Professional with great attention to client requirements and excellent delivery of their services.

Have used Puglia Pools for 7 years now. Always go out of way to provide great service. Pool always clean and communication from them excellent.

I have been using Puglia Pools for 5 years now for their geometra service, building service and now their pool cleaning service. I have always found them incredibly helpful, efficient and accommodating. All of the staff are polite, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. They would always be my first choice for any new project.

Siamo riusciti a realizzare la piscina dei nostri sogni grazie all'esperienza di Chris e del suo team.

Have used Puglia Pools for over 3 years now but this year they handled the installation of Air Conditioning into the villa prior to our arrival. Alison organised the quotes and Clima team brilliantly. It was installed without issue, and they did an amazing job, very tidy, tucked all the cables and pipes into wall and trunking. Can barely see the works. Left property extremely tidy. Couldnt fault it or done a better job had I been there. We certainly needed it as it was 42 degrees when we arrive in June. Throughout the Pandemic they went to the villa to check it over and sent pictures as well when we couldnt visit. I cant recommend them enough!

I am one of those people you may have read about who bought a home in Italy on the internet. I did this before Covid hit with plans of multiple visits to get things in order in 2020. That never materialized, obviously, and I had no idea how to get things done. Then we found Chris and Puglia Pools. I cannot tell you how amazing they have been to work with. There isn’t anything that they haven’t been able to help me with. Chris is fantastic about taking detailed photos so I can see the work that’s being done and it’s fantastic. They truly make everything easy. In short, I highly recommend Chris and team and for me, finding them has been a huge stroke of luck.

Puglia Pools have been looking after my property in Italy for the past year. At all times they have been efficient and looked after my villa and guests conscientiously. Communication is always good and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great property managers who handle all problems and enquiries in an efficient and prompt manner. This is very reassuring for a property owner, to know that your property is in good hands.
