Brilliant, can not fault Proximo at all. Courtesy car on and off for a year and Proximo have always gone above and beyond to ensure I'm on the road with my children.
Dawn Joyner delivered our new courtesy car, explained everything, showed me where everything was in great detail. Lovely lady, and very cheerful!

Proximo now fernstone law
Solicitor side of the company which is now fernstone law is shocking, took 2½ years to get my motorcycle injury claim sorted, never rang me to keep me updated on the case ,I always rang them, had 3 solicitors or I call em para legal advisors sort my claim , 2 of them left the company, I always had to ring them, they dont answer emails as your email will go to bottom of list and not get seen til it gets to the top, I had to take them to the law ombudsman and they had to pay me compensation, even after that they were shocking , should of contacted me every six weeks, and never did 😤😡, what makes it worse, they still took 25% of my payout for doing virtually nothing,
You will get fobbed off with one thing only to be told another thing by someone else, it seems the right hand dont communicate with the left hand 🙈 absolute waste of space if you need something legal sorted, what makes the whole thing worse is the 3rd party admitted liability 4 weeks after the accident 🙄
