Protyre Autocare - Worcester Arvostelua 

Theyb were spot on for time of appointment. The staff were knowlegeable and polite all they way through. The servie was explained by mechanic at each stage and advice for any further needs were explained and shown at each stage.
Advice was swift and accurate.
Have never seen better over last 15 ears. I will be switching all my and families acr needs to th in the future.

Ive used this location twice in the last month, firstly to have 2 new front tyres fitted and then to have my air con re-gassed. Both visits were pleasant. Previous reviews aren't great however I'm told they've since had new management in store. Luc and the team were welcoming and polite. Efficient work with competitive prices. Would definitely use again and would recommend others with bad experiences to try again with new management!

Made online appointment. Arrived in time to be told there was a 30 min wait. I wouldn't mind if they phoned to tell me B4 I arrived but I'd paid online so nothing to do but kick my heels. The two new tyres were both different pressures, one 7psi under and one 4 psi under. The man rec pressures were on door frame. Unforgiveable. I fixed myself as easier than going back probably having to have to wait again. The price was reasonable so I might try them again in future but will want everything checked!

Went to the local Protyre shop in Worcester today. It was time to change my Winter Wheels to my Summer Wheels. Simple job, or so I thought! Quoted me £20 including VAT. All that was required was a straight wheel swap, no tyres, no balancing etc. Ended up with a £80 bill. Never been charged this amount before by anyone, not even BMW who charge £63. Someone is ripping off customers here. I've used them for the last 5 years and this is the last time I will ever touch them again. Normally they have charged £20 all in. Something has changed here for the worst, including a £2.09 Environmental Charge!

I was very impressed with the service and feel (at last) that we are in safe hands.

phoned up to check price of tyres for my car. given fitted price after checking with me the size and make I wanted. made appointment to have the tyres fitted and puncture repaired, also to move the wheels around so that the new ones were on the front. not kept waiting when arrived for the appointment. New tyres fitted, puncture repaired all while i waited. good service

Had a puncture in my tyre Evan the assistant manager worked quickly and efficiently to get my car sorted, the tyre unfortunately was not available at the time of going in but Evan sourced a one the next working day.

Fitted in 10 minutes with no issues, and my pressures were also sorted at the same time!

Will be visiting for more work in the future.

Humiliating!

Always been a loyal member to this garage, been coming due to my father using this company when it first opened with the previous owners and can say never had an issue. then when the protyre took over everything seemed to go downhill
Brought my horsebox in a week ago only to be told noone would touch it and when i stated my tyre size the young lad behind the counter stated i didnt have a clue what i was on about (regardless of the fact that i had a picture of the tyre size of my phone) and that hed 'never heard of that before' when i stated an issue about my tyres without offering any kind of advice or digging deeper.
I also saw one of the lads outside the office wolf whistle when i came in and one was staring at my behind the whole time i was in there. i felt like i was in a lions den being circled!
Obviously i swiftly left as i didnt want to give them my time and went to another business down the road which were much more helpful! Would definately not recommend especially if your a woman!

Absolute shambles, young dark haired lad was rude to me told me he wasn't a tyre fitter when I asked for my pressures to be checked. I went into the office and a big lad ripped my head off. Protyre A44 was fantastic a few months ago what's happened?!. Went to see Russ the old old manager at ETB down the road who was happy to accommodate!.

I visited A44 tyres last week to have the tyres i had ordered from the website fitted. When I arrived the manager told me that the tyres were unsuitable as they were inadequate to support the weight of a van and I needed to have a more suitable Tyre. He was good enough to order them for me and arranged fitting for the following morning. I advise people to double check the suitability of tyres to ensure they are OK before ordering
The manager was helpful at all times and I cannot fault the free coffee!
Carl, from their office, contacted me a few days later to apologise for the confusion and was more than helpful discussing this issue.
I will certainly be using A44 tyres again as I always find them more than competitive - and did I mention the free coffee ?
