Excellent customer service from the guys at Pro Tyre Sittingbourne. My car was booked in for an MOT. I got there with some time to spare and they started the job on time at my allocated time slot.
I had 3 advisory's but the car still passed the MOT.
Paperwork was given to me regarding the details which included my MOT certificate.
MY MOT was booked online and I received a £20.00 discount.
I recommend Pro Tyre for their professional service.
The public toilets could do with a deep clean but that is a different story.

Have used a few times, this time was for a service on my wife's MG3, each time there was no fuss they did exactly what they said and always with courtesy, a pleasure to deal with, can certainly recommend and will use again, thank you Protyre.

Took my daughter's car for a diagnostic as she had an engine warning light on.Took 10 mins and cost £50. Which seems expensive to me (£300/hr) but I was told the cost beforehand. I was told the car's timing belt was worn and would need replacing and also a sensor. They don't do this work. So my daughter took the car to another garage who do. They did their own diagnostic and said the timing belt was fine. She had put too much oil in the last time she topped and it just needed an oil change. I went back to Protyre to complain that I was given wrong Information and charged £50 for the privilege.
The guy in charge couldn't have cared less and said as they had done a diagnostic then the £50 charge stood even though the " diagnostic" was completely wrong. It shows what their priorities are. They're not interested in customer service. They just want your money. Don't use them. Rip off merchants

I’ve been using Protyre Sittingbourne for well over a year. They’re honest and professional in how they deal with all of my servicing, MOT and repair needs. I can’t fault them.

They obtained a replacement tyre quickly, and fitted it efficiently. However, they promised to look at the car 2 hours after I arrived, but it ended up being more than 3 hours. They need to improve in their management of customer expectations.

Initially thought I’d been kept waiting longer than told- this looks like a miscommunication and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. Clarification also appreciated

Great service from Rob and the lads my car failed its MOT on 2 tyres so Rob got them changed for me while I waited great service and very happy with the work carried, would definitely be visiting them again

After paying for a service + mot + diagnostic i was told my car needed a new lower arm and 2 new rear tyres as there was cord exposed, I wasn't surprised at the lower arm but the tyres I wasn't so sure on. After spending £1400 with protyre last year to get the car through it's MOT, this year I had the car checked 1 week before by another garage who installed 2 front tyres and said the rears where good. Protyre told me they only had the premium tyres in stock at £211 each and they wouldn't pass the MOT without them. I decided to have the lower arm fitted and them booked an MOT in elsewhere. The car then FAILED its MOT, but not on the tyres, I asked them to double check the rear tyres after what happened and they said they are all good, the car failed on the lower arm installed by pro tyre because the pinch bolt was 3x longer than it should be and makes the car a danger to be on the road. Pro tyre said they just put the existing bolt back which is strange considering it was only knocking when we got the car back and it isnt now, if however this is true, I dont understand how they passed the last MOT? I should have learnt after last year when they accidentally drained my gearbox instead of my engine oil during its service! Also, had protyre not been greedy and offered me the £88 tyres I probably would have just said yes as i needed the car back. Annoyingly this garages location is very convenient and had this not happened I could have taken all of my cars there in the future.

Thank you for your reply, do you know when this is likely to happen? 10 days after the review and I haven't had any contact, neither have we received any receipts as the printer coincidentally wasn't working.

MOT time again. Received the usual very efficient service, friendly, on time, all good.
