Easy booking online and plenty of appointments to suit my needs. Arrived 5 mins before appointment and car was taken in immediately. Alignment was completed in 10 mins, but was simplified by the fact I had replaced the tie rods and tie rod ends, so no seized fasteners to contend with. Only reason for dropping one star was that the coffee machine was unavailable/not working.

Purchased two tyres
Purchased two tyres, charged almost £180. Then found out the cost should have been £140. Totally ripped off by your garage. No wonder there were no other vehicles at this depot. It used to be very busy with great staff and value for money - not any more.

Really good friendly service
Really good friendly service. I arrived with a puncture - it couldn’t be repaired so I needed a new one. Unfortunately they didn’t have the right size in - no problem! One of the guys went to one of the other branches and got the right tyre for me! Soon fitted. Brilliant customer service.
