Brilliant service as always. Car failed its mot, but always caring, and try to help out any way they can, to advice where to get fixed and how much.

Did a very difficult clutch replacement, and car was ready 2 days before scheduled! Great service!

The air con re gas was done well and quickly, but was disappointed that the amount I paid online in advance was not enough and had to pay an extra £37 due to them quoting on the lower priced gas

Air con check
Don't bother wasted a hour for them to tell me it had no gas in the system.
They didn't check to see if it works with gas. Could be a problem elsewhere like the compressor but they didn't check or know. Then said pay 60 to keep the gas in or don't.
So I didn't. They removed the gas.
That's not a air con check. That's basically saying give us money and we will put gas in it and it's not our problem if it doesn't work

Waste of time

I spoke to Lee who sorted out what battery I needed and arranged to get me in the garage the next day. When I arrived as arranged he was very efficient and knowledgeable and said he would be fitted as quick as possible. Less than an hour later he phoned to let me know it was ready for collection. I was so impressed I arranged for my MOT and service in September. Not sure about prices as I have got no knowledge of other competitors, but I was more than happy for ProTyre to what I need next time.

I have had a curtesy call from protyre and we had an interesting conversation about my recent visit and my experience was examined and i realised that i had missed the viewing window which i remembered from many previous visits. My review was not intended to reflect a poor service. I now feel that the call and chat have changed my view and now feel that 5 stars is a fairer review. Thanks - the tyres are fine and i am happy to recommend protyre.My slow deflation on rear was identified as a puncture, the tyre was old and well worn so I asked for two new ones. I was quoted a price and asked for them to be balanced and fitted to the front and the used fronts transpose to the rear. I sat in a reasonably comfortable waiting area and the job was done quickly. I gave three stars as I would have liked to be able to see the work being done.
Until I have had some experience of driving with these new tyres I could not rate the service higher. My experience on the day was pleasant and quick.

I called into the Wigston branch as I was concerned about uneven wear to my rear nearside tyre. The manager suggested that the vehicle tracking system needed to be checked and that it would be necessary to replace the car tyres.
The vehicle tyres were replaced and the tracking was corrected, the cab pollen filter was also changed for a new one.
The whole job was done in a couple of hours, the branch always seems to be busy but the procedure was explained to me by the manager who is thorough and professional.

Competitive pricing and friendly service.

I went in for my annual MOT & passed first time but there was some clicking sound coming from front left wheel so I asked the staff to look into my wheel and they rectified for me without any charge.
A very big thank you to all the protyre staff.

After leaving a previous 1 star review regarding a service at Protyre Wigston, protyre have done my MOT and I can't fault them at all.for this. Polite friendly and kept me updated, they even sorted my TPMS light (fingers crossed it stays off) I will use them again as i am mostly happy with the way my previous complaint was resolved.

Helpful and promptly carried out

Had my MOT done and got an advisory because they said my auto dipping headlights were on the wrong setting. Why not tell me and I could have reset them within the settings on the dash. I'm not convinced that they were incorrectly set anyway. However, I've used them before and been happy to keep returning as they are so friendly and they don't try to get work that doen't need doing. Best to sign up and get offers towards tyres etc. Well done lads.

Very good service

I find the crew there to be fair, friendly and honest. They have identified the issue and dealt with it accordingly. They replaced one of my headlights without charge..( i suspect I'd already spent plenty).
