I booked my car in for 10am and they said it would be 1 to 2 hours as it was busy which I can deal with.

225/45 R17 94 Y we have one in stock i said to the person no that's expensive that's not what I paid the last time they order a tyre at 104 pounds and they will do it tomorrow when the tyre comes in.
I went and picked my car up asked for tyre size and the person said it's 104 pounds on the system this is only when I challenged the online price of 85 pounds i asked if I could get the online price he said yes it will be 1 hour to an hour and half so I asked if they could do it for me

Really not happy with the person with price as for me there is a element of trust not right there looks like I will get my car back about 2 pm all and all this has been a terrible experience i have used the place loads of times i am now questioning my choice

Great service

Over an hour to wait after booking online for a slot. The mechanics were overworked and clearly the "manager" had more important things to do. He even had the mechanic come off "my job" to bring him stuff off the printer. All a bit ridiculous tbh.

Staff were polite and efficient. They fixed the puncture promptly and didn't try to sell me a new tyre that I didn't need. I would use this service again.

Easy and straightforward as always.

Book in for 3pm don't fit tyres till 1hr later 2hrs waiting for 2 tyres terrible

Great price on premium tyres that i wanted so no issue there.

Problem was i booked in at 10 on Saturday 5th,to then be told it'll be at least an hours wait. Eventually was seen at 1130.

Also i have only owned this car 2 weeks & alloys were freshly refurbished before sale. 1 of the alloys that was worked on is now damaged & requires refurbished again with chunks out the rim.

Good price on tyres but overall service was poor & damage to alloy should not be acceptable.

Your representative was rude and accused my wife of being late for her appointment which, I had given her screen shots of our booking at 1:30pm he also tried to convince her that she needed another tyre when, the car was M.O.T.'d at 4pm the day before. We won't be back as Abbotsinch has no resemblance to `Protyre

Hi I booked a time to get tyres fitted on your online site got to garage at Kilmarnock to find out only two fitters, then waited 3 hours to have tyres replaced, then to be told they had lost my centre wheel cap from my wheel that they would order a replacement a week later heard nothing back about it , went in yesterday to be told he had just ordered it this is certainly not good customer service nor satisfaction , I will try again next week to see about my replacement centre cap .
