My appointment was scheduled for 15.30
My appointment was scheduled for 15.30. I arrived at 15.00, rather than wait until my allotted time the lads said drive the car in, They started working there and then. The job was done one minute after the allocated time. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all the service was first rate.

Long waiting time
Had to wait 1 hour 10 mins just to have a tyre changed.
Should be a 15 min job.
Will never use this company again.

In addition, Josh was super helpful on the hunter wheel alignment check which was undertaken as part of the assessment. Really great value as well in terms of the falcon Tyres. So great value and great service - well done Protyre Halesowen
