The gentlemen that dealt with me was very, (very) polite and respectful. His people's skills was something I appreciated and recommended. The shop was very busy, others were waiting for their car, he was the only person on the desk and he was running from the reception to the shop and although he seemed under pressure, he knew how to demean himself with the customer. I have dealt with the shop over the years and I could certainly recommend Bristol Road Pro Tyre to others

After buying a tyre the previous week a great receptionist and an ideal engineer diagnosed an exhaust problam as a broken arm attached to the exhaust

The whole experience was painless and smooth. The air con job took less time than expected. They went the extra mile and inflated my tyres as the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System showed under inflation, and they reset the fault code on the car. Great service. THANKS

I visited protyres on the 14/05/26 , as my Nissan micra steering was wondering at various times when driving on the motorway to and through to Cheltenham hospital, as my partner had appointments. Now I had previously visited kwik fit and another garage that had both missed this , considering I did tell them the car felt very unsafe. Before I’d visited kwik fit for a set of front tyres I never had any such problems with the steering. Now after noticing I had problems with the steering I went back to kwik fit and reported the problem. They apparently said they have realigned the fronts and done checks.
Well the problem was worse than before. So decided to take the car to protyres on recommendations.

I would like to thank protyres and Nigel the manger at the Gloucester branch. They were the only garage that spotted the problem within seconds of checking the car. The lower arm bolt was loose, the drivers front right causing the swaying left and right.

Now 2 garages missed this considering one kwik fit said because my tracking was way off it was hard to correct and told me after the 2nd time to drive it and any problems come.
Now the 2nd garage said it was the drivers rear that was causing the problem.

Well once again protyres and Nigel saved our lives and we thank you very much

I have used Protyre for many many years, albeit another branch. This is the first time I feel let down. I was on time and the only person having tyres done, but it took an hour for 2 tyres. They were overinflated by 20psi, and either the TPM sensor was broken or removed, I ended up with a normal valve and a warning light, given it was off for an MOT a failure as well!
At no point was I asked if I wanted a new sensor, just given the keys and a goodbye.
Fortunately the tyre fitters down the road were able to sort out the TPMS but it obviously cost more as they needed to remove the tyre and rebalance
