Protyre Autocare - Gloucester Arvostelua 

I've used Protyre for all my cars for 20 years. Disappointingly i sent my wife for simple puncture repair for her to bombarded by upselling attempts to change all 4 tyres as "the repair would not last" and the the tyres were down to 3mm (very much rounded down i may add). These are tactics you find as other tyre factors and Protyre has now battled to match them at the bottom of the pond.

Called immediately after carrying out mot test to explain faults. Carried out retest very promptly.

So far excellent service MOT’d within the hour, helpful and friendly staff, pricing reasonable.
Service coming up so will do another review once completed.

MOT Done. Had an excellent experience from start, booking an appointment to finish, handing over the keys. Everything was so smooth. Car collection on time, handover on time. No time waste, means a lot to me. Receptionist and MOT person, both interacted politely and answered all the questions.

Staff were very polite and helpful, I arrived 1hr early and they fit me in straight away, I was in and out. Brilliant.

Following a puncture, I had had a repair done, which I was not 100% comfortable with (not done by Protyre). The technician explained how it was done and that it should be good for the life of the tyre. He was not pushing me either way, but I decided to get the tyre replaced as I had a long European journey ahead of me. The work was done there and then at a great price. I try to always use ProTyre and this will not change

Simple booking process, with good follow up email and text explaining process.
Helpful staff on arrival and job completed in the time indicated.
All good from me :)

The team was polite and did a good job on my car, my only criticism is that it took a lot longer than they said it would which made me late for my next appointment
