Protyre Autocare - Exeter-Sowton Arvostelua 

Had a punctured tyre that I wanted them to replace. So I ordered a new one online - same make, similar pattern.
After waiting for almost 2 hours for the job to be done, I got my car back with the same tyre on! They only patched it.
Luckily, I never drive away without checking.
I was told it was a mistake, but considering the similarity of the tyres, it left me feeling suspicious.
They offered to book me in for another day, but I won’t be going back after such a bad experience.
I just asked them to give me the tyre I paid for and drove away with it. I’ll rather pay another fitter to put it on than return to this place. I completely lost my trust in them.

Online pricing varies vastly from in person pricing. I had to argue then was begrudgingly told they would 'price match' their own website. This was before any work was carried out.

Wouldn't let be book online as stocks were low.

Booked in for 4 o clock to fix a puncture....didn't get my car back till 5....but it was busy

Although the young lady on reception was efficient and cheerful I had to wait nearly an hour from my appointment time to when the work actually started. In all, it took nearly two hours to have four tyres changed. Not once was I approached to tell me what was going on. More ongoing information please!

Initially the experience was mediocre ..at best, had 4 x new tyres and paid extra for tracking & balancing.
Long story short, I commute 50 miles a day, 5 x days a week, and the car was shaking/vibrating at speeds over 40 mph..after 2 days I managed to get a slot and go back to get this problem sorted.. the lady on the desk was brilliant and the guy (baseball cap & glasses..sorry i didn't get your name) who recalibrated my tyres was awesome..I have my car back..and it drives like a dream..thank you..🙂

The customer service lady was very helpful (sorry forgot her name) and made me feel a valued customer. Put her in charge!
My new tyre was reasonably priced as is all their products and services.

Good and friendly staff, but why can’t you get the same deals by phoning the garage as you can on the website. Also booking a time slot seemed to be overridden by women given priority is this company policy? Not a reality in equality times surely.

Should have changed oil and filter but when I checked still same dirty oil. Complete waste of time and money never again. Not had any response from protyre.

I was driving to work as a community nurse when my tyre started losing pressure. I called in at 08.30 and by 09.15 I was on the road again with a new tyre ( old tyre had a nail in it) so I was able to get to my patients. I was so relieved to be seen so quickly even though they were very busy!
They were all so helpful. THANK YOU!

Amazing team in Exeter Sawton.

Turned up unexpectedly with car on back of recovery vehicle. Despite reception being incredibly busy and being fully booked, I was dealt with really quickly, in a friendly and professional manner, and only needed to leave my car until the next morning. This after a much bigger company had told me it would take them 4 days to change a single tyre. Excellent service, thank you so much.

I recently had two tyres fitted at your garage, for which I paid over £750. I was offered a wheel alignment as part of the service, but this was not carried out. Additionally, the tyre pressures were incorrect when I collected the car.

I picked up the car at 5:20pm, and was told that the machine had been switched off to add more air, and was simply advised to go to a petrol station.

Overall, this was very poor service and not what I paid for.

At Protyre all aspects of getting my brakes sorted very efficient and explained totally what was required to be done also the cost to do do this work

Always great service. I use Protyre for all my vehicles. The Exeter Sowton branch has always been great and now the reception and wating area have been updated its a better place to wait for the work to be completed.
