Protyre Autocare - Cheltenham Arvostelua 

I've used Bathwick Tyres / Protyre for years as the team have always checked my tyres, honestly advised when they require replacement & guided me on the best option & value for my needs.
They have a new location, but the team remain professional & reliable as always.
Easy to book in & work completed in a timely manner. I could even remain in the waiting area & have a hot chocolate whilst waiting!

Really nice experience from start to finish, easy to order, lovely place to drop the car off and wait, free coffee a nice bonus, staff friendly.

As always, service went beyond my expectations-and for the issue with my tyre indicator, no charge asked for. Will definitely return for tyres in near future.

The two new tyres and the swap from front to rear were done without any problems. My concern was that for a booked appointment this should not have taken over an hour. There did not seem to be enough people, as technical staff were needed to book in and answer customer questions as well as work on the cars.

Went to Protyre Cheltenham for a couple of tyres for my wife's Fiesta and it was nice that I could sit in comfortable surroundings and have a coffee whilst waiting for them to be fitted. Great price for the tyres and thanks to Mark for his advise on selecting the best tyres for the vehicle.

Appointment cancelled and rearranged twice by yourselves

Mark at Protyre Cheltenham was very professional and helpful when I booked my car in for service and MOT. The team did a good job and when I picked my car up, everything was explained to me so that I could understand it. Was advised on a few things the car required (wear and tear) but wasn't pushed into making a decision. Will book again when required.

After visiting a couple of nearby garages and leaving unimpressed, Protyre were a breath of fresh air. They fitted me in at the last minute, and I ended up trusting them to replace all four tyres and a battery.

The reception area is lovely, with a great coffee machine to keep you going while you wait. The only small downside was the toilet — spotless, but absolutely freezing! To be fair, the the service advisor was already on the case and even phoned head office about the heating while I was there, which really shows their commitment to customer comfort.

All in all, excellent service. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for servicing etc in the future.

The whole process was efficient and easy from start to finish. The Protyres location I used was having a busy day and it was a cold one. However, the staff knew exactly what was where, were friendly and knowledgeable and gave everyone regular updates while we sat in a warm comfortable room drinking nice coffee. What’s not to like? Oh and they are competitive on pricing.

Mark the person i delt with was very efficient and helpful although theyhad a long list awaiting repairs when he knewi had broken down on the motorway at 9.20 am and only arrived atgarage at approx 12 30. He kindly put me on the priority list and my car was dealtl withinhalf an hour. I was so grateful as i was frozen on the motorway. Last Friday
And i had no phone as left on charger in error. I had the palaver ofnthenpolice comingout and motorway services and eventually the AA. Thank you kindly.

I was really impressed from the moment I walked in with the professionalism, the politeness and even the cleanliness of the place. Both Mark behind the front desk and the brilliant technician were really helpful, went to great lengths to explain the issue with my car and what needed to be done, the work was carried out quickly and I drove off a very satisfied customer. The technician actually came and saw me in the waiting room and showed me the results on his diagnostic thingy , was very polite and helpful . Unlike qwikfit who is been to earlier with the same issue and couldn’t have been more useless and unhelpful. I’d recommend Protyre Cheltenham to anyone.

I ordered a full set of tyres but wrong ones arrived so had to come back another day but still not in so then rebook another day as delivery hadn’t arrived.
I had a discount code but told it was only valid if bought online so I paid and booked online for same time and day and tyres so I got the discount.
On the day of fitting they cancelled my online booking by mistake.
Then even though they were honouring the online price their in store card machine wouldn’t work and they tried telling me I was the only person to ever have that problem!! So even though I had not received the refund for the online purchase in tried paying them using every card I had and even phoned my bank as pro tyre were telling me it was my end not theirs🤯.
In the end they listened to me and I paid the Gloucester branch over the phone who had no problem with their payment machine just so I could get my car back.
They must learn to treat customers better!
Boys in the workshop were really good though so it’s a shame the admin aren’t

Seem less transaction.i make appointment they fit my tyres,I pay.warm pleasant seating area,free tea and coffee,easy access to the company .

Always a friendly, helpful team at Protyre Cheltenham, but they were let down by their kit on the day that I used them and I ended up waiting 3 hours for them to complete the job.
For a company that specialises in fitting tyres you would think that a working wheel balancing machine would be business critical.
They have 2, but 1 has apparently been broken for ages.
So, when the second machine also broke, this meant they had to wait for the engineer to come out, fix and test the machine before being able to do any wheel balancing.
Given they probably have 20-30 bookings per day, every day, you might think that someone at HQ would prioritise ensuring having critical machines like this available every day - in case 1 breaks down.

Great service. Friendly, courteous staff who explained everything very well.
