Absolutely awful
Awful I was given a long list of work that was apparently needed - had a second opinion the next day and this was incorrect. Car wasn’t ready at the time agreed, the air con re-gas couldn’t be complete as I there was a leak caused by me not using my air con during the winter months! Next day the service message came up on the dash I knew how to re-set this but thought it appropriate to ask the garage to do this just the next day after a platinum service - an hour later it got resolved - would have taken me less than 5 mins….absolutely useless 3 mechanics staring at the engine when it’s something you do using the ignition key and dash! In summary Protyre and definately not Proservice - absolutely appalling customer service too
