I've always had good service from Protyre. This time, they ordered my new battery, it arrived three hours later and then they fitted it in 15 minutes.

Was told they would match the online 25% off for aircon regas whilst having tyres fitted. But when I got my email reciept I had been full price.

Unresolved complaint
We have an ongoing complaint: we were given conflicting advice by your employee s about the condition and safety of our brakes and an inability to correct the problem due to inadequate suppliers. As a result we have been driving an unsafe vehicle.
