Despite the IT system having a meltdown the manager and staff still managed to supply and fit two new tyres and perform much needed wheel alignment at pretty short notice and with good humour.

Wonferful smiley service
I made a screw up whereby I booked a tyre fitting in Southbourne in Chichester.... I rang the shop up in Chichester, and they transferred the credit to my local store. Excellent speedy service and even came with a smile. Special thanks to Pheobie, who was an absolute pleasure.
