called got a price they where very helpful on the phone booked the car in at the appointment the staff where all polite and really helpful so would recommend

I called in without an appointment as I was having problems with my tyres. The staff were brilliant and sorted the problem out within an hour.

No offence to the staff at Protyre…

No offence to the staff at Protyre because they were really helpful, not patronising and they were doing exactly what they're trained to do.

However, I found the prices were not as reasonable as I first thought and it felt like they worked very slowly.

They really seemed to labour over replacing my tyres and doing the tracking.

They gave me a time estimate which seemed fine but it turned out to be way off by hours. I thought something had gone wrong. It took ages.

There are faster and more efficient tyre places in Derby and Nottingham.

These guys said they'd send me the receipt by email - not exactly a difficult thing to do - but they didn't. I had to go back to the workshop for it.

On reflection, there were a few minor quibbles.

It wasn't entirely a bad experience but I'm not exactly enthusiastic about using them again.
