Protyre Autocare - Beccles Arvostelua 

The staff at Beccles were excellent. What I did not like was that the Tyres I wanted were unavailable and that the alternative did not qualify for the advertised “on line “ price.

Your company in Beccles has the absolute worst reputation as I found out when I posted my experience last week online - nearly 150 sharing their same bad experience!!! Sadly I only found out after having an MoT done which was refused with 8 major & 6 advisories! Told I shouldn't even drive it home (a lie as non of his faults were classified dangerous) All nonsense - 2nd and 3rd opinions and the next day a pass with 3 advisories only one of which matched up with your tester. He saw an old car and an older couple and thought we were vulnerable - WE ARE NOT our car is regularly serviced by our Dealership in Norwich and we are still sharp and not easily fooled! This has shamed your company brand here. If it were my business I would clear it out. I will be making a report to Trading Standards - it will be worth losing the £50 he took if it gets shut down and prevents others being ripped off too.

I have raised a complaint with Protyres head office regarding the Beccles branch. I won't outline the details until my complaint has been thoroughly investigated by Protyres. When a resolution has been reached I will edit and update this review with the details of the incident and the investigation.

Unexpected flat tyre on a Saturday morning, Green Flag located Protyre and they were able to find the correct trye and fit it in a short time. Excellent service.

Did the mot on time and phoned when it was ready. Have a full recommendation what needed to be done soon.

I went for a simple wheel alignment do to the steering wheel not straight, the "professionals" convinced me that a have to get two new tyres to be able to do it, although the car had pass the MOT two weeks before. After 2.5 hours and spend £275.5 I left the garage and the steering was exactly the same way I came in, went back and was told I had to go back the next day because the garage didn't had time that day, next day after spend 3 hours in the garage, left and back 2 times that day because the car was worse than when I came in I was told there's nothing they could do because they equipment was not working correctly! I put 2 new tires that the car didn't need, lost 2 afternoons from work and the car is in worse conditions then when I came in... and this is not the first time I felt cheated in this garage, but for sure will be the last!

Popped into my local protyre for an air con check today, they told no appointments until July 12th, only to get home to book online and to see they have spaces all day today.
Very sad and disheartened

Price was keen and staff helpful and friendly. The wheels they were fitting the tyres to for me are extremely expensive and their tec took the time and trouble to make absolutely sure that they didn't mark or damage them.

Would happily recommend to anyone.
