Excellent service
To say that I am satisfied is an understatement.
I needed a certified translation of a certificate. It was an excellent service in every way: the price, the quality, the professionalism.
The customer service active day and night ready to respond immediately was the best (instead of the usual bot messages).
Perfect translation, arrived in a few hours: most of the competitors for the same service had asked me higher prices for very long delivery times.
I also requested a certificate that it had not been sent to me, so I contacted the customer service and in less than 5 minutes they sent it to me: maximum efficiency.
I regret not having known about them before, I would have used it for other translations too. I will certainly recommend it and use it in the future.

Efficient and Trustworthy
Found about ProTranslate by chance when needed my documents translated from local language to English, for submitting them to my U.S.-based university. The deadlines might be moved a bit further by a couple of hours, unless you choose to pay something extra for your documents' translation to be delivered faster. I wasn't pushed time wise, so I didn't mind even if the delivery took 24 hours. Eventually, it took a bit less than 12 hours for a translation correctly and well done! Very satisfied with the result and the translated document got accepted by my institution.

Nie przyjąłem ich oferty tłumaczenia. Od tego czasu, pomimo mojego żądania zaprzestania przetwarzania moich danych osobowych firma wciąż wysyła mi spam marketingowy i dalej przetwarza moje dane.
Nie mogę się dodzwonić na numer podany w mailu z któego wysyłają ten spam.
IMO to oszustwo. Omijać z daleka.
