Our journey began 8 years ago in Birmingham, with a single container, a brave man, a Sprinter van, and a dispatcher fueled by enthusiasm and a dream. Through hard work and unwavering determination, that dream gradually transformed into reality. Today, we operate from a massive warehouse and office, employing 160 dedicated staff members and utilizing over 60 vans to serve customers daily.

We specialize in courier services, focusing primarily on furniture transportation, including wardrobes, chairs, sofas, desks, tables, and sideboards. Additionally, our expert couriers are trained to handle motorcycles, pianos, and sports equipment. Proovia proudly serves local shops, auction houses, and residents, collecting and delivering items all across the UK.

Good Fellas central was great....collection guy poor

Good Fellas central was great. Very responsive, knew what was going on, fixed good times. Collection and delivery happened on time.

two issues: It was a bit confusing who i was dealing with - Good Fellas, Steel Trans Ltd, Proovia.

and - really surly and quite unhelpful guy on collection. The delivery guts were fine and professional.

Professional delivery

Professional, courteous and on time, and more importantly took care of the furniture upon delivery. I would highly recommend and hopefully use them in the future.

Wouldn’t use this service again

Wouldn’t use this service again. The man (boy) was rude - ignored both me and my mum when we separately said hello. Despite two people being in attendance, decided he would try to carry the heavy bookcase himself - hitting it hard against the end of the van. Only then at my assistance he carried it end to end with my help. Poor all round.

Overall, very happy

Arrived when they said it would which is always a plus. Quick and no nonsense delivery and placed where I wanted it. Would have been a 5 star but one of the delivery men left his shoes on and walked across my lounge carpet. Fortunately it was dry weather.
