Eventually a bad experience with my credit card
I used proofly, since it offers nice features. However, after one year, I received an email saying "We want to inform you that your Pro subscription on Proofly is now expired. All your domains and notifications are turned off and the account is now locked. Those can be re-enabled again when subscribing to a new suitable plan.". I wanted to quit the subscription anyhow, so I simply let the account as is. However, proofly withdrawed money from my account, although the account was expired. Contacting the support doesnt bring any results. They simply dont respond anymore after telling me "Your subscription hasn’t been cancelled, therefore we aren’t able to refund any charges." Thats it.
