Used them few years back on cleaning my car and I was really impressed with the results and I used them now for cleaning the carpet in my flat and results are great. Vladislav was friendly and very helpful, did the job quite fast but very efficient and with great results. I would 100% use ProLux again.

I had a mice problem in my house and unfortunately they got into my sofas. I contacted Prolux Cleaning via their website and got a call back immediately and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Everyone, from the person who talked to me on the phone to the team member who came to the house to clean the sofas, was very polite and answered all my questions clearly. The service was excellent, my sofas are now clean and smelling nice again, and they were even able to remove some old stains. Pricing was also reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use their services again in the future.

The office were very helpful fitting us in at short notice. It was nice that the advertised price was exactly what they charged me. No hidden extras. The technician was very polite and tidy. He worked quickly and did a good job. Had I known before it was this easy to get the carpets cleaned I would have done it much sooner.

The company offered a prompt cost effective service. The technician ( my apologies but I’ve forgotten his name) was prompt, polite and carried out the cleaning with minimal disruption leaving the carpets in a much improved state with no residual smells! !
