ProCook - Plymouth Arvostelua

Needed a knife and sharpener for chopping veg. Staff member in Plymouth branch was really helpful and knowledgeable and happy to advise and give a demonstration of the knife in action (on some veg , not me) . 16 quid for a German steel chopping knife which is really really good and guaranteed for 25 years. I'll be 82 by then so that should suffice. Recommend a visit. Good shopping experience.

The lady that served us had exceptional customer service. No pressure, and very knowledgable.

Received very warm welcome from Donna and came away very satisfied customer.

Very pleasant, nothing to much trouble. Very helpful.

Friendly knowledgeable staff in Plymouth store. Great products too.

We chatted with Donna in the store - she was really knowledgeable about the products and really helpful. Love our new pots and pans 😊 Thank you Donna

Had such a lovely experience in store! Donna was a delight! Will definitely be back!

I always find something in ProCook whenever I pop in the shop in Plymouth! The staff are great and the products are well made. I love my ice cube tray and it has been in use throughout this latest hot spell. So easy to use and fill. Love it.

Got what i wanted , pros and cons of alternatives explained by the staff .

Always a great place to shop. Great quality products, great variety, great prices, really helpful staff.

Greta service, informed staff, friendly, well stocked

Packs into the large roasting tray. Lovely colour and ideal for my new kitchen …. Can throw out all the other oven paraphernalia!

Great product and noligable staff

Knowing we needed saucepans for an induction hob we actively went to the pro cook shop. The member of staff was was very friendly and helpful, knowing we really only wanted non stick pans, we were guided to two ranges. We made our choice to go for the elite range. I am looking forward to using them but I have only used one so far on one occasion but all went well and the cleaning of them was extremely easy. It's just the hob I have to get used to!
I would recommend to others the shop and how the staff were informative and friendly

Both times we have bought kitchenware in your Plymouth outlet have been good experiences. The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable.

Donna (I believe her nametag said Donna but receipt says Erica) helped myself and my partner with finding the right pans! She was incredible with helping us differentiate between all the sets and what would best suit us, as well as answering all the questions we had. She is very knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. Can't thank her enough! We had a small issue with one of the pans in which my partner went back to the store to ask about how was best to clean the pan (the pan had some weird staining after one use), she spoke to Donna again and Donna gave some more helpful advice, and if this didn't work then to bring it back for an exchange. Unfortunately we had to bring it back today for the exchange and the staff were so lovely and happily changed it for us. Thank you ProCook staff!

Great service. Staff very knowledgable and helpful.

End of a hot day, and the staff were still chatty and helpful.
