My daughter needed to exchange a faulty item. Staff handled this really well.
Great comms and friendly, understanding. Offered alternative. Meanwhile I purchased a few accessories. There were so many options to choose from and great deals to be had. So glad I went with her. No queue when coming to pay😁

Everything was presented nicely in the shop. The lady serving was very helpful.

Nice staff and products, good service

The shop was bright and clean firstly
The shop assistant was so helpful
So knowledgeable about the products I was enquiring about your top of the range cookwear pans ect
Unfortunately your 2 top range that I was interested in didn't have 2 certain things I was looking for
But that wouldn't put me off going again for other items
Also it was a Saturday morning and the poor woman could have done with some help was very busy and only her I did get fed up waiting for her to come back and try and explain something to me that I was asking also I did see some lost sales because there was nobody else to help when she had to do tills and serve 2 people left couldn't wait any longer but overall quite a nice shopping experience

The server was amazing without asking he showed me what my new scissors could do

The member of staff that service us was fantastic and very helpful and kind

First of all, the quality of the products sold is outstanding. The service (at the Lakeside store) was amazing, too. The sales assistants advised me against buying the item I had originally intended to get; instead, they asked about my cooking habits and then showed me pans that were perfect for my needs. Had I bought the one I initially wanted (based on a friend's recommendation), I would have ended up throwing it away—I would have burned meat on it and never used it again. So, I am very happy. My husband and I have decided to keep coming back until we’ve replaced everything in our kitchen (following the sales assistant's advice, of course). The approach was superb and incredibly professional.

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this store.

wide range of lovely products, very good staff, nice display of products at the store
