ProCook - Kingston Arvostelua

Great service from the team! Really helpful thanks

We had decided to get the Sonoma Green dinner service, but we were concerned that it was out of stock on line, so we called around our nearest stores to see if any of them had it available.
The Epsom store is the closest to us, but were unfortunately out of stock.
The Guildford store went straight to a messaging service, so I left a message explaining what I wanted and leaving my number. Nobody bothered to call me back.
When I called the Bluewater store, nobody picked up the phone and Android was identifying it as a pub (The George and Dragon, I think).
The Kingston-Upon-Thames store is actually our next nearest, but our car is not ULEZ compliant so it costs £12.50 (plus parking, etc) just to visit. However, they answered the phone and were very helpful. They had what we wanted, so I asked to reserve it and we went and collected it the next day. The staff in store were also very pleasant and helpful.
So, but for the failure of the Guildford store to call us back, it would have been five stars.

Good customer service and excellent product quality

My digital receipt didn't arrive, but an email to Customer Services produced a copy very swiftly. Good, friendly service as usual in store too.

Found some high quality gift items

Great products and great staff. Just a little expensive.

Lovely customer service
Staff was nice and quick

Shona, is friendly as always, and continually provides excellent service.
There was also a young man that helped too, we asked if there was anymore loaf tins as the display one was scratched and he kindly brought out more. Thank you

Always a pleasure to shop in this store.

It was good but not perfect

High class cookware stuff and very clean place

Great products. Not overpriced and very well displayed. I enjoyed the experience.

I like the layout or Procook and the pricing model. There are very clear labelling of products and the display leads you through the pricing points for each product family. We chose 1 of the 2 Triply saucepan sets and the price was very competitive compared to similar quality branded products.

Well stocked shop, lots of choice and good price for items bought

Excellent service - friendly and knowledgeable. Fast delivery and good prices.

Great delivery and packaging was definitely done well.
The item looks great in my kitchen.
Thank you

I had a good experience at ProCook in Kingston. The staff were helpful and made the checkout process quick and straightforward. They also packed my purchase neatly, which was appreciated. Overall, efficient and pleasant service.
