ProCook - Bridgend Arvostelua

Very helpful staff. Straight answers. Came across as impartial.

I’ve been wanting a decent set of knives for a long time and went to have another look to check out the range.
This review is not about the product but the staff. I found one person in particular to be totally disinterested and offered no advice or expertise at all. What handles were good; type if knife etc Nothing. I made my choice and spent over £200. I was offered no aftercare instructions where I heard another member of staff giving help to other customers eg dont put in dishwasher; oil the bamboo chopping board etc.
if I didn’t want the knives at that time I would have gone elsewhere.

We were looking for steak knives ones like Miller & Carter use. The gent whom served us was helpful and efficient, we were able to look at the knives and compare it to a screenshot I had on my phone. Pleased to say they were the same and we made a purchase. We've yet to use them but there a good weight and chunky steak knife with a good price and long warranty..

First time I’d been to this store. The staff were very helpful and easy to talk to.

Lovely little store at Bridgend retail park. Would highly recommend if you after high quality kitchen utilities.

Staff friendly and helpful

The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient when I couldn't decide which knives to purchase and helped me to come to a decision without being overbearing or pushy.

Welcomed by a member of staff on arrival then left to browse. We asked for help with our choice of purchase and it was given with a smile.

The assistant was very Helpful

Staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Lovely shop with great value and some good bargains, everything looks like a quality product and the staff are always helpful and professional, purchases wrapped nicely, feels as though you are valued as a customer and I don’t really go there that often as I’m not local.

Knowledgeable staff and super quick delivery. Well done.

Awesome thanks

Good choice reasonable prices

Great service. Found an item I was looking for that wasn’t on display. Wrapped my glass items. Great service.

Lovely very helpful shop assistant who helped us to make the right choice for our requirements. Pan set looks lovely and hopefully my daughter will have many years of cooking fulfilment with her new set.

Excellent choice of cook ware and helpful staff

Good quality products and friendly staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable.
