ProCook - Bracknell Arvostelua

Lovely friendly service. I wanted to find something that I thought was out of stock and I was helped to locate the item within the store. Delighted with my purchase; I will shop in store again. Thank you.

Helpful & friendly staff.

I'm disabled an the sales person was very helpful with getting the item i required so I didn't have to go round myself ,the shop itself is very well spaced to allow wheelchairs and even my mobility scooter inside an get around without too much fuss, have always been impressed with the staffs spacial awareness when it comes to room for everyone to get around inside the shop

Great service and very helpful staff.

Excellent thanks - friendly staff

Very helpful and friendly staff. Found exactly what I wanted.

Lovely and helpful staff and really good prices

Great service and product knowledge. Excellent team member, top Mark's.

Assistants were knowledgable and helpful.

Very polite and not pushy when advising me of other offers available for the item I was purchasing.

Very helpful and cheerful

Very disappointed as visited my local store in Bracknell and went to cash desk to purchase my items with cash only to be advised they had no cash in the till to provide my change and that I could pay by card. I therefore left without my items as I will not be bullied into using a card, cash should also be an option. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Staff in Bracknell shop are friendly and helpful. Range of stainless steel saucepans is very high quality. Information leaflets on how to heat the saucepans slowly for best results are great - just as good as non stick when you follow them.
