ProCook - Bath Arvostelua

Good quality items, excellent service from knowledgeable and engaged staff. Beautifully laid out store. I am a regular customer with good reason. I can say it is the only shop that I look forward to going to because these things are consistent.

Excellent products and delivery

They have everything you could want here! Staff very keen to help too.

We bought battery operated salt and pepper dispensers in December 2025 but recently had problems with them and had to return them to the shop. I would like it to be recorded that the customer service was absolutely brilliant. No hassle and not only were they replaced but I was given some good advice, Probably the best I have experienced in a long lifetime, so much so that I said to my wife, 'it would make you want to buy from them'. I think the assistant was called Nigel.

Very welcoming and polite staff

Very helpful knowledgable staff. Very happy with the knives we purchased, good quality, does the job brilliantly.

Really helpful store assistant, good priced product.

Really helpful staff. Worked out exactly what we wanted.

The staff member who served us was fantastic and we got exactly what we needed!

Every time I go in the shop in Bath all of the staff are helpful, kind and go above and beyond to help.
The lady who helped with my purchase was lovely.
The product I bought, a stand mixer is great and was delivered very quickly after being ordered in the store

Great product and service as expected

Really helpful, friendly and efficient member of staff. Knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions.

Very nice and helpful staff in the Bath shop, and I bought another oven tray as the first one I bought is excellent quality.

Friendly and detailed approach especially I would like a budget friendly option in purchasing the cooking knives thank you

First of all they had what I had been looking everywhere for - a baby weaning plate and utensils - so a good wide range of products. Second a calm and helpful member of staff who took me straight to the right area rather than just pointing. Friendly and helpful but to the point

Everything you need for the kitchen. Good SALE too. I bought a very nice dinner set matching glasses and table mats. The staff was really nice and polite, helped me with everything then let me leave it in their shop until following day when I came to collect it. The shop is conveniently located in the Bath city centre.

Friendly attentive service

I went into the Bath store to buy a set of Gourmet Classic set of 3 knives I had seen advertised on the internet. The assistant was very helpful in giving product information helping me make a decision. I am delighted with with the purchase as they are very sharp and efficient.
