The Item was 20% more expensive than in other shops, BUT in stock and available for shipping. 2 days after ordering I was informed that the item was sold Out / Not available... I had to wait 2 weeks.
This is highly irritating.

Wrong item sent. Partial refunds & annoying customer service

I have purchased through ProBikeKit before without issue, but i guess when things go wrong they go really wrong.
I ordered a pair of GRX400 Levers and Calipers, i received 2x left levers and rear brakes!! :/ I sent them back but only go a refund for the left lever & caliper (which was the cheaper) when obvioulsy i paid for a right lever...
Lots of hassle and wasted time on my side.. Problably wont buy again from them..
Update 5th July - still haven’t had my full refund… complete jokers.. order #394496463
Update 8th July - still no refund. Customer care people send stupid replies and obviously don’t care to read messages or understand the situation

Es ist nicht so einfach verschiedene Modelle zu vergleichen, da man nicht zwei Fenster auf einmal aufmachen kann.
Muss man immer wieder raus und wieder rein, dass ist viel Zeit Verlust!
