Wenn ich auch mehr als vier Wochen auf eine Rückerstattung gewartet habe und sie dann auch erhielt, kann man sich wenigstens darauf verlassen das die sich auch melden. Kann man von anderen leider nicht erwarten.

Warning For Switzerland Orders!!!
I live in Switzerland and I regularly order from Germany. Usually the tax is included in the cost but sometimes you have to pay the 7.7% VAT on delivery.
I ordered from probikekit.de and I expected my order to come from Germany but it came from the UK. On the Probikekit website, it states that they will cover the import VAT cost for EU countries but I could not find any additional information about non EU European countries. The VAT in Switzerland is only a fraction of the cost compared to the UK and Germany. No VAT was paid by Probikekit for my order which is disappointing but not the real problem.
Because the order was shipped from the UK rather than Germany, and because Probikekit used DPD as their courier, my order was just under 80 Euros but I had to pay just under 60 Euros in delivery charges when the tax was Only about 7 Euros.
There is no information about additional charges on the Probikekit Germany website, despite them saying their is. There only is on their UK website.
I contacted Probikekit twice since yesterday and they did not care to comment other than just saying the following(check at end), almost exactly the same message twice. I will never order from this company again and I advise Switzerland based customers to take note of my experience before ordering. The order would have been around 45 Euros cheaper if I had ordered from Switzerland, taking into account the overall cost. A stupid mistake on my part to have put trust in a company like Probikekit.

Komplette Katastrophe der Shop. Meine Bestellung sollte eigentlich laut der Webseite nach 2-3 Tagen geliefert werden. Nach ein paar Tagen kam dann die erste Mail, dass es zu Lieferverzögerung kommt. Soweit so gut. Ein paar Tage später kam er erneut eine email mit dem gleichen Inhalt. Mittlerweile kam seit einem Monat keine Auskunft mehr über den Bestellstatus. Jetzt wollte ich meine Bestellung stornieren, doch selbst das ging nicht! Ich bin wirklich entsetzt vom Service. Nie wieder in meinem Leben werde ich bei diesem unseriösen shop etwas bestellen und rate auch jedem anderen dringend davon ab dort einzukaufen.
