My shopping experience wasn't bad but I didn't sign up for spam and these guys are pretty fluid with the unwanted emails. Might have rated higher if I wasn't being bothered by 'Pete at Proadventure' every day, it's nothing short of desperate.

I was looking for a 18L backpack to replace my current deuter 12L mainly just to carry my binoculars, flask and any other items that I need on a day out walking. I'd been finding my 12L wasn't quite big enough. I specifically wanted one with a secure small pocket or 2 along with a decent sized main compartment. I found this shop online just searching for a decent backpack that was neither cheap or expensive. I ordered the Lowe Alpine Edge as it looked like it was just what I was looking for. It was also on offer so the price was amazing. What an amazing friendly company. It's so refreshing to receive communication regarding a purchase that is completely genuine and it shows that the owners and team are committed to providing an excellent service. My parcel was well packed and on opening it I couldn't have been more pleased. It's a perfect size for my requirements, is sturdy without being weighty and the pockets are well placed and accessible without having to open the main compartment. On top of that I love the colour, deep heather. I would recommend the Edge 18 for a 18L backpack and highly recommend this company.
I ordered some shoes from this company that I have never previously heard of. My shoes were posted and received within 48 hours. The accompanying small booklet with my shoes was such a lovely personal touch, super helpful and a reminder to me why sometimes it pays to shop with a smaller trader. Will definitely shop with them again

Ordered a selection of camping foods from them, dispatch was quick and delivery time was fair considering the distance it had to travel to get to me. One of the products was mislabelled on their site however they were very apologetic and prompt to issue a refund.

This company just proves to other companies that you can still give your customers great service without blaming COVID or Brexit for poor delivery times or shoddy customer service.
Excellent job Pro Adventure
After chatting on their website online chat about a certain bushcraft axe I wanted the chaps there were very accommodating. They emailed me pictures of the two best ones they had on the shelf that met my requirements and shipped it the same day. The next day I had my delivery and I was a very happy customer.
I couldn’t of asked for anything better from this fellow Welsh high street retailer currently in the pandemic.
