Proactive Healthcare UK Arvostelua

Easy to order and good delivery time, had a Question/Concern about a product ordered and got a quick reply by email.
The email was clear and reassuring.
Great customer service. Great products.

I received my package today and was delighted to receive a lovely hand written note from Sarah Gibson thanking me for my order which I thought was a lovely touch.
Awesome product, speedy delivery, great family business. I'll definitely use them again.

Highly recommend them. Very fast delivery with carefully packed items and thank you note.
Had some issues which where handled very fast. Superb customer service. All the best to them in the future 🙂.

Highly recommend this company. Wonderful customer service. I received my items in less than 24 hours, very well packaged and with a hand written note from Sarah. Also a freebie of daily nutrients boost. Will definitely be using this company again.

Highly recommend this website. Ordering was easy, the website is clear and easy to navigate. Communication about my order was excellent, I was kept in the loop from start to finish. My order was sent out very quickly, and very well packaged.

I can’t recommend Proactive Healthcare highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely exceptional.

Their website is incredibly well-designed, easy to navigate, and made finding exactly what I needed quick and stress-free. The ordering process was seamless, which was especially important as the item I purchased was something I urgently needed.

What really stood out was how fast everything moved after placing my order. The shipping was impressively quick, and the delivery time exceeded all expectations. It was clear that they truly understand how important reliability and speed are to their customers.

The packaging was also fantastic, secure, professional, and clearly handled with care, which gave me real confidence in the quality of the service.

But what genuinely set Proactive Healthcare apart was the personal touch. Receiving a handwritten thank-you note from one of the owners was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It made the whole experience feel personal and showed that they truly value their customers.

In a situation where I really needed support, Proactive Healthcare went above and beyond in every possible way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares.

Fantastic customer service. Vitamins despatched and received within 2 days of ordering. Would highly recommend Proactive Healthcare and wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

This may well be the best customer service I have ever received. First of all my vitamins arrived less than 24 hours after ordering them from Ireland to London with a lovely hand written note from Sarah. Also I received a freebie sachet called "Optimal Electrolyte" which I've never heard of but I look forward to trying it out.

Thank you for your great customer service and very speedy delivery.

Easy to understand website which was super important when buying a £1000 piece of equipment (an PEMF mat) - very reassuring purchasing process - excellent customer service and delivery all the way to a hand written thank you note.

Very fast delivery. Very efficient service. Products all as described. Highly recommended

Fantastic service and value! Ordered online and it arrived in NI the next morning with a lovely handwritten ‘thank you’ note – a great experience. I’ll be purchasing from this company again!

Great service. I found a probiotic that was difficult to get here and the order process and delivery was seamless.

Been let down by other supplement providers recently so I am really pleased that I have found proactive healthcare. I have made a few orders recently and they are dispatched and delivered quickly. They are also really competitively priced. Really impressed all round

I have been buying from this company for at least twenty years. Their product range and pricing are top notch and their after sales service has always been both friendly and professional. I appreciate your service.

Great range of products and constantly updating their range. Efficient delivery. Love the Vitamin C and Marine Collagen especially! Great customer service!

Have been using this company for almost 20 years. Always very reliable and knowledgeable on products that would suit my requirements. Very friendly & extremely speedy delivery of items. Highly recommend! The only company I trust with my health products for myself & my children.

Great products and arrived the next day! Staff are super helpful and best price for my supplements. Will definitely be back for more

Dreadful. I have not received the item I purchased. They refuse to refund me for non-delivery claiming my issue is with their courier company not them and as such I can probably claim compensation from the courier company, but it has nothing to do with them and that's their policy. I was given this information in a very non-polite manner. Claiming to be an Irish company they choose a UK-based courier to deliver to me in Tipperary! Buyer beware, all may not be what it seems on their website.

The reply given below is incorrect. I was refunded after I threatened legal action against a fraudulent company operating as an Irish company who refused to refund me for non-delivery to me. This is actually English and with no regard for customer service. The item may have been delivered somewhere, but it wasn't to me and they refuse to understand that! They cannot provide proof of delivery either. I find it difficult to believe that this company is legitimate!

Unfortunately because my first order went “rogue” with message advising “poor risk assessment” on my credit card and also “out of stock” despite the order having been accepted .. I then ordered 3 more (special offer) from another company. So now I am the proud owner of FOUR tubs of Megamag Calmeze as it transpires that my order with this company DID go through. So a messy transaction but I suppose all is well that ends well.

Good product good website and fast delivery , very impressed , thank you
