Quick delivery
Quick delivery, product seems great. I have yet to try it in an area where I've struggled with signal on my phone though. Great price.

Great card reader, use for small group activity not easy
Great card reader at a good price and very easy to use, once set up. However minimum instructions and explanation that you have to open a business account to operate.
This reader was purchased for a local art group to use once a year at their exhibition. It is ideal for this, but having to register as a sole trader business is not helpful as there can be tax implications for the registered owner, even though the money is not theirs.

Great prices and genuinely lovely customer service!
I ordered SumUp card machines from Perfectpos as they had the best prices I could find, and delivery was really speedy too!
What really stood out, though, was how lovely they were when I needed to exchange the Lite for the Solo. They were so friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the way they handled it. It makes such a difference knowing the customer service is just as good after you’ve made your purchase.
A really positive experience all round. Would happily recommend!

5* for this company.
5* for super fast delivery. The card reader arrived a day earlier which was very convenient. I am surprised it is cheaper than other retailers. Arrived well packaged. Excellent

Faultless!
Richard and PerfectPoS have helped us enormously with the hire of some machines for a one off event. They have been really flexible and helpful with a change of date, delivered exactly what they said they would, and the PoS machines worked flawlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would be happy to recommend them.

Great little sumup machine
I ordered the sumup card reset online and it came next day. I had a call from a nice lady at prefect pos, who just wanted to help me with any set up or other thing i might need.
I set it up myself and am pleased how easy it was

Hi Julie, hopefully you opened the sumup account since we spoke. Unfortunately we have no control over sumups customer boarding and we do advise that some types of organisations do take a little longer, especially anything related to volunteers and fund raising. If for any reason a customer is unable to get approved by sumup we will always accept the return of the device and issue a full refund, however this is quite rare. If you followed the link for the free transactions that offer will go straight onto the account once it is opened with sumup.

Thank you, we monitor our prices constantly and try and keep our sumup prices competitive.
