Bought ladies profirst motorcycle jacket 2 yrs ago. Last month a truck wiped out my partner and I on a Harley. The truck crossed a double yellow line,into our passing lane and Into us in slow lane. 80 km hit... that jacket ,although mildly shredded from my road impact, the Armour stayed in place , the jacket offered incredible protection for what we went through. Will purchase again, amazing quality for price. And here to talk about it..

Awful. They just ignore any attempt to get in touch. I've even knocked on their warehouse door. They just hide.

As a biker of 30 years experience and now a motorcycle instructor the stories i've heard about the quality of Profirsts motorcycling apparel is shocking and unfortunately alot of new riders are falling for it!
Be warned this stuff is CRAP stay well away from it

Utter rubbish, avoid

Very disappointed in Profirst, I have tried to return an item, as soon as I received it, as it did not fit, they have been a very limited response to emails/calls/Whatsapp. I have returned with proof of delivery in July, and to date (09/09/21) no refund, no replies to my emails/calls/WhatsApp.
I would not purchase anything from them until they become a little more professional.

I can't put a minus star so started at the bottom, I received a jacket and used their size guide but the jacket is way over sized. Trying to get in touch with them to arrange an exchange is impossible the phone number just rings till the answer machine kicks in and they never return your call, they don't reply to e mails and they don't reply to Facebook messages!
This company feels like its very dodgy indeed as their after care assistance does not exist, poor to say the least

I had order shoes and receive quickly. Usually I had a problem with water proofing but these are water proof and fully as described. I am using it from last 10 days and had a great experience.

Item as described and delivered quickly recommended seller a + service

After purchase, I waited my item three weeks for delivery. I tried to contact with them, they ignored me and I decided to get refund. I glad, that I bought through paypal, they helped me to get refund. I got refund, but I never ever won't buy from them again and don't recommend to buy from them.

Bought a riding kit (including jacket, trousers, boots, gloves) off amazon, arrived in double quick time, but when trying on the boots I noticed that the left on did not fit like the right, turns out they are 2 different boots, like someone picked up random boots lying around and put in a box. Tried getting a paid return ticket from these guys and NOTHING! Their website is misleading as the info supplied is not correct and when you call the number on the website you will get through to a fax machine. DONT USE THEM!!

Highly recommend this brand I bought a full motorcycle gear set off eBay a couple years back, and it recently saved my life! This gear is no only affordable for everyone it works! I walked away from a serious accident with bruises because the gear did its job! The doctors where very surprised that nothing was broken! Again highly recommend! Thank you profirst I owe you!

Terrible, brought a pair of apparently waterproof boots wore them for the second time in the rain ended up with wet feet.

also came with spare collarbone straps
will defo buy from here again

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Customer service is non existing. Strongly advise you potential shoppers to AVOID this company completely !! Find another one there are plenty better ones unless you want to throw your money down the drain!!!

I purchased a pair of motorcycle boots. The zip went in week 1, no answer back from numerous emails and contact attempts. Very disappointed in the quality and customer services. Always leaves a bad taste, I will never use them again.

I bought waterproof motorcycle jacket used twice in the rain and it’s not waterproof got absolutely soaking wet water running down my arms I would not buy this product I offered to send it back for testing but pro first obviously not confident in product as refused to do this remember the old saying you get what you pay for and in this case it’s true

I ordered the motorcycle jacket and trousers, Stated as waterproof! NOT EVEN SHOWER PROOF! I got soaked! The zip has broke the hanging tab ripped and I never received the balaclava! Contacted and got told to get the zip repaired! That was within the first week! Won’t reply to me now, gear will probably be better of in the bin! I want a refund! Can return the gear it’s useless! Ordered a set of oxford textiles quality is a million times better! Stay away if you want to keep yourself safe poor customer service!

Ordered a few items and all poor quality but usable. The boots came with the wrong colour and the zipper damaged on the first pull. Been trying to sort a solution out for almost 4 weeks. they even put me texting into a WhatsApp number (how professional is this??). And they even manage to ignore my messages trying to sort my problem.

Now I have open a dispute on PayPal due to a wrong and damaged item received.
