The website was easy to navigate, and with the filter option, I ordered both the engagement ring and the wedding ring, my beautiful wife absolutely loves them,

My ring is for my 25th anniversary. It was more brilliant in person. The customer representative was very helpful.

I've ordered from Prime Style company diamond pendant - 0.4 CT Round Cut Diamond - Fashion Pendant, 14K white gold, G-H/VS1-VS2.
This pendant is very nice and beautiful! Its a medium size, exactly what I wanted!
I'm returning customer and I've bought number of beautiful things from this company, And sales person is very experienced and nice, she is helping professionally with all your questions!

The entire process was flawless, Jenny was extremely helpful from beginning to end. Shipping was fast and right on time.

coustomer service was amazing, I had to exchange a ring , they made it very easy for me. My ring was just beautiful, I have purchased many items from you

Don't know where to start.......ring is beautiful, fit my wife perfectly......a lot of companies don't offer ring sizes over 9.5 which is rough for finding a ring for a beautiful midwest girl that's worked with her hands and needs a larger size. We both loved the LED lighted ring box! She opened the box with the light shining on it and it looks RICH!!! I would recommend this to anyone!

Easy ordering and payment. It did take longer to receive item was 10 days. Longer than 5 business days or I would have given a 5 star.

I like the product

We received my wife’s jewelry undamaged and packed very well. The customer service team was extremely helpful and friendly.

This was a very pleasant experience. I found the ring I wanted and spoke with a customer service representative. They were helpful and sent me a safe link to pay. I was kept updated with the process and when the ring shipped.
The ring is better than expected. Beautifully made, exactly as pictured. I could never be able to purchase a ring of this quality and diamond weight without help from their customer support.

Everyone was so helpful and even called me back when I couldn’t get through to them. It took awhile to get my ring but the staff kept me informed all the way. The ring is beautiful. I love it. I love my diamonds and this ring is the nicest I have.

Overall easy experience and always great products

Excellent customer service. Very professional, fast delivery and the product is awesome.

I recently ordered two wedding bands. One band I ordered in the incorrect size. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the individual who has assisted me. I also love the rings they represent my 24 yr relationship perfectly. The box that the ring comes in with the light is awesome.

You are wonderful in customer service. I had a few hiccups with my order but you were always accommodating helping me fix it TWICE! Your fixes were reasonably priced, like sizing it for the 2nd time & soldering together.
Thankfully the 2nd time was the charm. The rings are beautiful and almost 4 years after I lost my rings, I have one that is the closest I've found to my original ones. So for our 45th anniversary, we are happy with our new rings! Thank you so much. I have already told everyone who comments on my ring how great you are to work with.
Thanks again!

I’m a repeat customer and look forward to Primestyle for all my jewelry purchases. My wife loves her 2CT Diamond studs and 6Ct diamond tennis bracelet.
Thanks David.

PrimeStyle makes buying top of the line jewelry easy and economical. The quality is superb and they guarantee their products. I have bought many bracelets and this year I bought an infinity ring. Every product has brought joy to my wife and children. PrimeStyle is easy to reach and when you have questions they provide great recommendations. The bracelets have a security latch to provide safety when wearing the item. This relieves the worry of losing an item that is worn and allows the wearer to really enjoy the product. I highly recommend PrimeStyle and I will continue to buy all my Jewelry from your company. Thank you PrimeStyle.
