This is a fraudulent company. Please do not get any insurance from them. I have been paying almost 60 dollars a month for 30 years for term life insurance. I just got a letter stating it'll go up over 200 dollars a month. This was never explained to me in 1996. I have wasted so much money. This is scam so please do not get any insurance from this bogus company.

I have 4 other children as well as my deceased husband was covered under this company since 1996. Your company failed me once with not sending a letter out in regard to Rickey Dinkins, your company excepted the mistake made on their behalf and insured Rickey Dinkins. When Mr. Jerry Dinkins passed on December 13,2023 Mrs Love aka Dinkins attempted to convert the child Ryder of Darrian E. Love a representative on January 24, 2024, I called in to speak to another representative about conversion at this point two different representatives told me to wait until 26 years old. Again in 2025 I reached out to company again in retrospect to conversion for the representative to tell me the same thing, in connection with our conversation she stated a letter of reminders will be sent out and to respond once I received it! I’ve never received a letter informing me of child Ryder expiring October 30,2025, I’ve just turned 26 years old this year. I’ve been trying to convert since the passing of Mr. Jerry Dinkins in 2023 only to be given the run around while grieving the death of a parent! There are several policies with your company my parents have carried for many years, attached are names and policy numbers. Rickey Wright, (mother) Lahamma Turnbull, Monique Turnbull (sister), Rickey Dinkins (cousin), Gertrude Love (grandmother) and owner of all the policies, her. This should tell you about my parents and how important it is, and they’ve stressed life insurance is necessary. Primerica please play recordings of several phone calls made to your company under this phone number 786-503-9006 & 786-512-9308, you will hear conversations about my conversion request on numerous occasions. Please reconsider your denial due to errors on your behalf. With this being said, my son Darrian can pass any drug, alcohol, hair follicles or slobber test if deemed necessary! My family loyalty speaks for them as well as any child Ryders that follows!

Didn’t have a good experience with Primerica

I have been a client since 2010 and love the peace of mind that my children will be keep our house thanks to the life insurance that Primerica offers and the legal services they provide. The investment part is great and helpful for retirement and another asset to leave for my children if my husband and I passway early. Primerica is just great for my family.

My son joined this company against all and everyone telling him not to join an MLM. Still he joined and i as his mother and to get his approval went with him and yes no one forced me to buy a life insurance but i thought i would buy it and cancel it sure he would get over it and quit i can assure no one in Primerica brain washed me, They sold me a life insurance that was a term after 20 years they kept secret that after 20 years I would have had to pay 1500$ a month and kept going up and they did not explain that, so I told my son Jonnathan I’m going to cancel this it’s crazy! Not knowing that his mentor sells him insurances and idk how many things weekly or monthly they are stripping him of every cent so when I cancelled he has blocked me and never spoken to me again in months because of the brain washing his menter Omi or Omar I’m not sure his name, has done! Please beware they work like a cult and they don’t care taking all your money! The address is 3426 w 84 st suite 201, Hialeah gardens, Florida they brake up families and cause damage! Beware

Worked there briefly and had a terrible experience. Was told I’d get a refund check that never came on time, and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault. The job was nothing like what was described — mostly recruiting, not a real career opportunity. Unprofessional and misleading.

Primerica is a really great network marketing financial service distribution company, been with them since 2005-2006 era. The only things are we need to make our service to clientele align with our crusade, because we are so obsessed with the crusade that we overlook customer service. it's legit because if you think about other businesses use the network marketing model, but in their own way. if this was illegal especially since we are in a highly regulated industry, we would have been shut down when we first started in the late 1970s. The other area I would like to address is the processing of death claims, because twice I and two of my clients (one of them i lost already) we had to wait a long time before getting the benefit cheques. If we are to attract and retain not only clients, but also recruits we have to expedite the cheques and send them out in a more efficient time frame, because my recent client had incurring interest on debts on post funeral and final expenses, which she really needed the money for, what i've experienced twice now is unacceptable and i know Primerica can do better than this.

They fraudulently took 3 times ach payments out of one of my business accounts ( completely unrelated account] for a Janet Garcia. I have no account with primerica!!!!!!!
I even called them up telling them I do not know that person!!!!!!!! Fact is anyone withdraw money from your account….. chase bank said I need to change my business account number if I want prevent from happening again!!!!! Is anyone going to investigate this company?????

Great investment product and simple concept

I live in the UK and i have the appalling misfortune to have had my retirement account invested with Primerica, where it has been since the mid 1980's. I have had the most extraordinary difficulty getting my money out - after 2 years of trying and trying to contact them (which is very difficult from overseas) I have now had to spend £300 on a Medallion Guarantee stamp (hard to get in the UK) and just when I think I am nearly there, now they won't even give me an email address to put on my outgoing letter so that I can use a Tracked postal service. I get the strongest feeling that they want to keep my money and not let me have it - never in my entire life have I had such a complicated and disobliging company to deal with. Why wouldn't you just give out an email address? You also cannot access their website from overseas, so it's impossible to create an online account, so EVERYTHING has to be done by snailmail. Their advertised phone number doesn't connect from overseas either, so you have to search and search for a number to speak to them, then they pass you from department to department and noone gives any answers.

I was recruited to sell term insurance last fall. The recruiter was a former colleague from the recent past. I set up the orientation video call and felt extremely hesitant due to the monthly fee that agents in training and those who've passed all tests and are licensed are required to pay indefinitely. In addition, the orientation felt rushed, inadequate, disappointing. Instead of going with my gut, I decided to join which helped my former colleague financially and rank wise.

Very early into the video call meetings (2X daily) it was solidified that I had signed on to an organization that I did not feel comfortable with. The videos shown during the video call training sessions were of Primerica agents emotionally expressing how much they are making as term insurance agents. These videos seemed to be of agents who were key speakers at a convention. Initially, I took to whom I assume was (is) a regional supervisor of sorts. Ms. Howard seemed very dedicated to her goal of remaining a top seller of term insurance. However, the meetings quickly turned into uncomfortable admonishments, meetings that lacked in training and critical thinking that can be applied to a sales approach. Ms. Howard exclaimed during a particular meeting that there is no excuse for single mothers in the group to be lacking in their sales and/or ability to schedule prospective members. This felt jarring, insulting and inappropriate. Ms. Howard should not have made such a statement as she is not privy to every agent's particular situation or limitations. At another time, Ms. Howard admonished the class by citing she was aware of people using their phone during the meeting and how that is a clear indication of not taking the training classes, seriously. The classes consisted of viewing videos of highly emotionally charged agents exclaim about how much money they have earned and going over the amount of money the agents present in training class had earned. I wasn't sure if Ms. Howard was speaking about me as I did need to look down at my phone which was off camera to retrieve information, momentarily. To reiterate, Ms. Howard was not aware of my specific situation, what I needed to handle and how my diverting my eyes for a moment can in no way disturb a night training session via video call that solely consisted of declarations regarding how much money others have earned and highly expressive declarations of one's life story.

As time drew nearer for my licensing exam, I reached out to Primerica and requested information for the $120 sign on fee even though I knew it was a shot in the dark. I received an email from Primerica exclaiming that I was not entitled to a refund. I responded with clarification regarding my never expressing that I was entitled to anything and that there is a difference between entitlement and an inquiry. I received what seemed to be an automated response. I felt perplexed by the response and the overall experience. I blocked the former colleague who recruited me and learned a lesson I should not have needed to. If something feels uncomfortable, there is a reason for it.

Primerica, please understand that changes need to be made in how you communicate and how you conduct your training classes.

Terrible service. If you find a positive review it is when the are "selling" you plans. Starting on May 28, 2025 I tried several times to contact my agent. It is June 17, 2025 and he has not responded to email or call. My 20 years of experience with Primerica shows me they care nothing about their customers. I would never recommend them.

I tried Primerica last year. Quickly realized it was a SCAM!

Lynn Mannon. Shati will steal clients and gain policies behind your back from all the prospects that the lower line reps collect. Don't give any contacts, friends, family information or anyone. They encourage new reps to dump their phones in the system or on these accountability sheets, which is kept even after you leave the company. Shati calls your contacts and uses your name as a collateral to gain trust from your clients and talk them into getting policies When reported to Joe, he didn't do anything because he says she makes money for him. This continued behavior was reported to corporate as well, with no results of reprimand or held liable. If you and the company allow unethical behaviors, Insurance fraud, coercion and theft by taking; Everyone's license should be taken away.

I've had a relationship with Primerica for nearly 20years and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. I liked the service so much that I became a representative with the company and continue to be associated with them. The key to any experience is to be informed, do your own research and not allow yourself to be swayed by unnecessarily biased opinions. Nothing in life worth having or doing, comes easy.

Pyramid scheme! They are liars! Those positive reviews are from people who either know how this works or they are scam accounts! Thank god that some changes are making this trustpilot thing with Primerica or this Scamerica thing more transparent with us!

The recruiters are highly manipulative, greedy, and deceiving. Utterly disgusting! They made lies about deleting my account, and tried to prevent me from deleting my account. Disgusting and horrendous people, service, and behavior!

I literally had to send over dozens of emails and text messages to Primerica workers to get my account cancelled. When that didn’t work, I had no choice but to cancel my debit card and get a new one along with changing every single thing about that new card. It was utterly stressful.

An incredibly embarrassing experience to live through in early 2025. My banker wasn’t happy with me on this. What even made it more traumatic for me was that I was a victim of a different kind of scam. Utterly shameful of myself!

Somehow I managed to get three letters of official confirmation that my Primerica account has been deleted.

These people really need to be investigated!

71 fake positive reviews. Work at Primerica if you want to pay thousands of dollars in chargebacks when you realize they are an MLM and try to leave. Have fun paying for everything that should be taken care of by the company you are working at. And if you actually make the mistake of working their enjoy working praying for leads that you will never get as the top "salesmen" (real term is scammers) get all of the leads to sell their ridiculous premium life insurance policies. $200+ for terrible get coverage? Get it here!

I bought into their MLM scheme as a salesman. It's the worst company I have ever purchased from. I had a Roth IRA setup through them and their product is so far behind compared to competitors, at least 20 years behind there is no online component to their product. You can't do anything online with your account, any action you want to take, you have to call. It looks like there is an online account but there is no functionality and key futures are disabled. This is widely inconvenient compared to competitors. They also take a management fee for doing no work, they just buy an ETF for you and that's it, they're not investing experts. Competitors have good online experiences, let you choose from self management, robo-investing, or auto reinvest. And (as expected) my sales rep was dragging their feet to get my money out by not answer phone calls and emails. Let me remind you, the only way to do something is by phone call. I don't know how this company is still afloat with an absolute predatory and embarrassment of a product and customer service.
