I have known Robert Cooper Jr. (a Regional Vice President in Wichita KS) for several years, and throughout our on-and-off business relationship, he has always maintained a high level of personal professionalism.

Robert himself is great to work with. However, this review is a critique of the actual products offered through Primerica, which simply do not compete well in today’s market. Primerica’s life insurance policies lack a robust "full living benefits" package.

This means if you become critically ill and need to access your policy's value to stay afloat during a medical crisis, you are left dangerously unprotected.

When you compare Primerica to other carriers, competing companies offer both superior life insurance protection and comprehensive living benefits—all at a significantly lower monthly cost.

Even prominent financial experts like Dave Ramsey explicitly refuse to endorse Primerica, noting that their cost of insurance is exceptionally high. Suze Orman heavily criticizes Primerica's investment approach, explicitly advising clients to roll their money out of Primerica products. While she strongly agrees with their philosophy of selling term life insurance instead of whole life insurance, she opposes the high-fee financial products their agents sell.

While Robert provides excellent professional service, the underlying insurance product is an overpriced, outdated option compared to what the rest of the industry offers.

Sham, scam liars! Too many agents are not living up to their social media posts. Many post their new vehicles (rented) or elaborate vacations but do not know how they are scamming innocent insureds to go on these trips! 1) Primerica charges too high for their term plans. You can go to any other and much older insurance companies and get better rates than Primerica! 2) Primerica will not write everyone a policy which is like a regime, they only accept certain people! 3) Most Primerica reps are brain dead, brain washed who drank the koolaid to the point that they keep repeating lies like that their policy is the best when that's an illegal thing to say.
Look up all the lawsuits, search for all the complaints and you'll circle back to their financial advisors acting exactly like mlm cults. They falsify normalizing unrealistic wealth and tell low-income recruits how it's normal to be a millionaire with Primericaca! Don't be fooled into taking in their high-pressured sales tactic and gaslighting, their psychobabble is so good their own reps believe it!

Today, I had the honor of delivering a check to a family within just one week of receiving the death certificate. ❤️

Primerica is without a doubt a criminal organisation. It is purposefully stalling the transfer of monies form my dead mothers account even though they have been provided with all the necessary paperwork that they requested. They would not put me onto a supervisor until about an hour on the phone with complete morons. And then the supervisor would not give any details as to why the request was not moving forward.
They will not tell me if they need other paperwork. In short they are just holding the money as long as they can, similar to other criminal insurance organisations. Absolutely DO NOT put ANY of your money with these fithy criminals.
Next stop will be the Attorney generals office and then the BBB. Thanks for adding to the stress of my mother dying you filthy criminals.
UPDATE...one month after initial review they have STILL not released the funds they are legally required to do..and they have all the required paperwork...they just stall, stall, stall...stay as far away from this company as you can ...

I am writing to highly recommend a financial advisor in Parsippany, N.J. Her name is Kanan Sarveiya and she accomplished a great deal for me in receiving an IRA I inherited. It was her persistence and professionalism dealing with the Primerica corporate office that supported me in opening my inherited IRA account and getting money transferred. I tried to do this on my own, prior to getting in touch with Kanan, and it was a slow process. She was able to get "the ball rolling" so that this difficult and emotional process of dealing with grief and handling financial needs at the same time could be accomplished in a caring and supportive way. If you need a financial service person any where near Parsippany, N.J., you will find her to be an excellent choice. Thank you.

the customers agents are so rude and unprofessional!

I paid my premium for twenty years. When it came to renewal I signed the relevant documents assuming payments would come out. I didn't realize payments hadn't been coming out after 5 months. Primerica canceled my policy. I found out the agent had accidentally deleted my banking info. They said I would need to requalify. I didn't qualify. Now after all those years of payments I am now without coverage.
I am trusting Road to Millions with my coverage now. They are more consistent with their service.

I have been a Primerica client for over 9 years. My mom first became a client when I was 13 years old and had a great experience. I have several personal friends here in Tulsa who died and Primerica paid out the death claim for life insurance quickly and seamlessly. My investment accounts have done very well too

I have been trying to deal with this company since February on release of shareholder funds on a deceased person, deceased in January it is now June and still having the hardest time with them. The complete incompetence of whomever is responsible for releasing these funds is unheard of to say the least. As executor of the estate I have sent over 3 times the forms that they sent me and each time it is not the correct forms. This last time they are not happy with the medallion seal original sent by mail to them, I don’t know what else to do, it is the seal my bank has I can not have them change their seal This shouldn’t be so hard it is not your money it is the heirs money now (estate). I would never recommend this company to anyone especially with my children looking to invest now. Absolutely terrible to have this still going and trying to move past the grieving

I've been a client with this company since 2014, and they have helped me plan and save for my future as a young adult. Jeffrey Feldhusen, was my representative. He was nothing but excellent, professional, helpful, and he always responds to your messages. Unfortunately, due to my condition, I can no longer have my IRA's accounts anymore; otherwise, I would still be a Primerica client. I would defenitely reccommend this company and my representative.

I'm following up with my prior review, Primerica sent me a letter and enclosed were fraudulent documents of a letter that they said was sent to me, informing me that in 30 days, that the child rider will expire, and it was time for me to do a conversion. I never received said letter that they enclosed and mailed to me. I refuse to be part of a departmental error on behalf of Primerica. I was a child rider from birth on my mother's policy and that Primerica made a huge mistake in not allowing my conversion to take place, like agreed upon in the original insurance contract. I am a young college student that has never drank, smoked or participated in any drug activities. I am standing for myself; I am voicing wrongful decisions for myself, and Primerica is trying to take my voice and deny me what's rightfully mine is continued coverage that's stated in THEIR contract. Primerica breached their contract by not allowing the conversion and yet again I see the system is rigged for their favor and not my favor. I will voice this to the world on what happened to me so that no one else will make the same mistake as my mother did on taking out life insurance with Primerica, and how fraudulent this company truly is.

my mother sacrificed and made payments religiously on our policy including a child rider. where is the compensation, where is the justice, or am I falling under a discrimitory factor? If it was this easy to take my mother's money for a child rider and do a denial of a conversion, why not reimburse my mother all her money that was invested in a child rider on her policy?

in conclusion, I'm thanking God it was a decision on a denial of conversion and not a denial of a death claim. My eyes are open to a wrongful denial of conversion done by Primerica insurance company. Great experience! I open my RothIRA in just a year it has grown.

I was left an inheritance of a mixture of investments. Primerica's Ms M, who was/is the Regional Vice President in University Pl. WA assisted my friend's daughter,Ms. Q who is a bank manager and part of a secret cult covenant in the state of IL, who had been stealing and hiding funds from his account for many years & would often refuse to disburse his funds when he asked her to. Ms. Q was very angry that he left me everything in his Roth IRA account making me sole beneficiary with no others except a generational inheritance to my children after I'm gone. Ms M the RVP assisted her in stealing it because they have special affiliations with other people that work in different areas of management in different places of business that we all frequent especially state and gov departments who control things behind the scenes whether lawful or unlawful this is how they covertly steal from you and me. Most people are not privi to this knowledge but are aghast when something like this happens to them and they cannot understand how or why. I have the Primerica paperwork that proves I am the Primary Beneficiary of the Acct. But when I went to my friend's custodial manager, Ms. M, she lied saying he had no beneficiary and the Roth IRA was going to go to probate, (thinking I'd believe that blank), but it broke my heart knowing that this woman grinning in his face for these few years would wait until he was dead and betray his and my trust like that. I knew better than that because my friend loved me dearly. We are elderly now but we went to HS together lived in same apt complex growing up. And I trusted him in what he told me and showed me about the account. It was confirmed when I contacted headquarters. They gave sincerest condolences and sent me out the letter but sent the wrong application. He made me the primary beneficiary and my children the heirs. And he fashioned it in a way that it explicitly stated this fact. Primerica's agents cannot be trusted with your assets period, we are not talking about a few thousands of dollars. We are talking about stocks and bonds, annuities w capital gains etc. to include land. My friend always took care of me and he loved me and his surrogate children because we were not ppl who asked for, or wanted anything he had. But he always looked after me. Not one time did my children ask him for a dime and I believe this is why he loved them so much. They treated him with love and respect unconditionally because I loved him the way I did and they could see his love for me. His children all except I'll say the youngest was not like them. And he made provisions separately to the two youngest but the rest he did not and when he died they cremated him knowing it went against our faith. They blocked me from getting the death certificate which he left me the life insurance policy and I was not able to get for months after he died. This is the type of power and control she & these agents who are colluding together with her have.It is a cult. Although, I have proof of my standing as a primary beneficiary they still refuse to send me the forms I need or access the long form death certificate to manage my inheritance. These people are beyond dishonorable. And the sad part about it is that the public has no clue until it happens to them. I reported this to Primerica how the daughter went into the account and removed me completely with a change of beneficiary and a transfer of the assets but they ignore my complaint because they want to force me into probate so they can steal a portion or all of the assets, what they haven't yet stolen anyway. They have blocked me so that I cannot even see what they've stolen or start making a claim. I'm sure she's stolen all of the money in his bank accounts etc. And this is how Primerica does things. I'd say stay away from these people they are dirty and not to be trusted. I just wish my friend had had better discernment. I spoke with the another RVP in Puyallup Mr. Flyn last week who said he would get all the neccessary paperwork I needed to me after acknowledging my status from (my paperwork I received from primerica), by yesterday. Yet I never heard from him. I wrote him today to inform him of what's going on today asking him about the forms and paperwork he was supposed to send but now all of a sudden he can't tell me anything but to address my concerns to Primerica. This is beyond belief. No, I'd never chose these people to hold my money or assets. They are not trustworthy or honest. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with the pain of losing someone I love deeply then the family & the financial institution my loved one trusted to safeguard our family, did the exact opposite intentionally & with purpose. I just recently was sent a work from home job which was Primerica. The interviews were quick and I thought I was really getting a job. I'm a single mother of 6 tight on cash but against all odds I paid for the "insurance license." I haven't heard anything back from these people I've reached out to multiple people asking for a refund it was $125. No one has responded but it's showing that they read the message. I only made it to orientation so I'm not understanding why they won't give me a refund. This is horrible after researching this so called company my worst fears have been confirmed. A pyramid scheme. I'm so over these companies when it's people really out here looking for jobs and we can't get a decent job. Like a real legitimate job these days. In order to work now you have to know somebody who knows somebody in order to get a job and that is ridiculous. This company is in Texas. Many problems have occurred since I joined. They haven’t followed proper procedures, have done sketchy things and have been chasing me for all of the wrong things. Very unhappy with my time there.

I love PRIMERICA for what the Company stands for to help families get back on track with financial options. I am a happy client for over 12 years.
