Prime Property Auctions Arvostelua

Auction myths - "your property will have to be heavily discounted in order to sell", "auctions fees are too high", "its a rip off"
This was not my experience with John and his team. They were professional and transparent about all fees. They clearly explained the process. The focus was on achieving the outcome i wanted. In the end i sold my property and got above the Home Report valuation in less than 40 days.

The team at Prime Property Auctions are fantastic at what they do. Professional, efficient and honest. I wouldn’t use any other auction company!

Prime Property Auctions, has been incredible, especially dealing with John. I was able to communicate with him at all hours. The advertising was excellent. All correspondence was promptly responded to, and we were kept fully informed at every stage. Property was sold in 1 week. I can highly recommend these guys for a quick and stress-free experience.

Fantastic experience. Smooth from beginning to end. Great communication throughout as I was a first time seller at auction. Just sat back and let Prime Property do it all. Thank you so much for your professionalism and patience.

I have worked with John and the team at Prime Property Auction several times now and I the experience has been incredible every single time. From start to finish John is on hand to provide updates and puts in so much work and effort to find a buyer at a suitable price. They talk you through the process to put your mind at ease and I couldn't recommend them enough.

John and his team have been amazing... answer all questions... house sold prior to auction... amazing result... can't wait to get into my new home... thank you guys so much

My experience with prime property auctions was great. I’m not very experienced with auctions (especially online) and John and his team helped guide me through the process and explained what to expect on auction day and how to go about bidding.
Overall a great experience

My go to property auctioneer. Have bought & sold through them multiple times.

We had a property that was difficult to sell. Prime took up the challenge and had it sold in a matter of weeks. Top notch service and knowledge. Would recommend using again.

They sold my properties quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service, friendliness from staff. Special thanks to Lizandie.

I’ve worked with John at Prime for a number of years now and he’s different class. Really knows his stuff, would highly recommend.

Prime Property & in particular Luis Guarin were absolutely fantastic, I cannot praise them, especially Luis highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

With regard to the position I was in due to the disgusting state my property was left in by a vacating tenant then an accident to myself which meant I could not renovate the property & coming to the end of my BTL mortgage, I found myself head scratching. I did get a 12 month extension from my provider but rates as we all know were going through the roof.

PPA were recommended to me therefore I went for it & from the first moment I met Luis, I was full of confidence in him which is unusual because I am naturally not an easy person to please especially so quickly. Everything Luis said he would do, done, he is a man of his word without cutting any corners. The property sold without the requirement of going to auction at a price I was happy with. Yes, the fees are a little higher but this is worth the extra several times over as the contract was as Luis said 'watertight' in the favour of the vendor with regards to their contracts of sale.

Luis, outstanding my friend, may you reach the heights that you aspire too and then some 😁👍🏼

This firm is fantastic to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. John was professional and so supportive of my predicament, he swept into my life like Sir Galahad. Cannot thank them enough.

I have known John Morris for several years and was delighted to see him start his own auction company. We recently agreed terms to acquire a property via Prime Property Auctions and the service levels, effort and professionalism offered by Prime was refreshingly excellent with terms agreed around 9pm, not many property auction companies have this level of dedication to both buyers and sellers and I am happy to recommend Prime Property Auctions and intend doing further business with John Morris and his team.

I used John at prime property for the sale of my flat and the process couldn’t have been any easier. We achieved a great price and the whole experience was stress free and simple. He kept me informed at every step of the way and offered great advice. This company comes highly recommended

They managed to get my property sold for very quickly.

John is very knowledgeable of all things property, very helpful and gives great advice.

We are a property trading business called Range Property Investments and I have partnered with John at Prime Property Auctions on a number of occasions to sell my clients properties.

He is a very knowledgeable person regarding selling properties and also investment properties, as he has a wealth of knowledge of the Scottish market. I'd highly recommend other property trading companies to reach out to John and see how you could work together on selling some deals.

Great service from John at Prime Property. We left the keys in his hands and the property was sold very quickly at the price we requrd. Can't fault the experience.

Recently bought a property through Prime Property Auctions and the whole process could not have gone smoother. John and Luis are both super helpful and on the ball!
