Efficient but the upselling is annoying
It's an efficient process and I can only assume (and hope) that the recipients receive their present. The irritation is the relentless upselling at every click.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Mr Youx.
We're pleased to hear that you found the gifting process efficient, although we completely understand your frustration with the additional suggestions offered throughout the journey. These finishing touches are entirely optional, but we appreciate that once you've chosen your gift, further suggestions can feel unnecessary and detract from an otherwise straightforward experience.
We really value your feedback and will be sure to share your comments with the relevant team.

We're sorry to hear that the transaction fee left you disappointed. Our handling fee applies specifically to Cash Fund contributions and helps cover the secure processing, management, and transfer of those funds to the couple.
We appreciate that any additional cost when making a wedding gift can be frustrating, and we value your feedback.
