Disapppointed!
Very surprised you make a charge for those making gift donations. I assume you also charge the people who appointed you! Very greedy

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Jack.
We completely understand that an additional charge when you're already making a generous wedding gift can be disappointing. Our handling fee applies specifically to Cash Fund contributions and helps cover the secure payment processing, management, and transfer of those funds to the couple.
We do aim to make the fee clear during the gifting journey before a contribution is confirmed, but we appreciate your feedback and understand that you would have preferred not to incur an additional cost.

Efficient but the upselling is annoying
It's an efficient process and I can only assume (and hope) that the recipients receive their present. The irritation is the relentless upselling at every click.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Mr Youx.
We're pleased to hear that you found the gifting process efficient, although we completely understand your frustration with the additional suggestions offered throughout the journey. These finishing touches are entirely optional, but we appreciate that once you've chosen your gift, further suggestions can feel unnecessary and detract from an otherwise straightforward experience.
We really value your feedback and will be sure to share your comments with the relevant team.
