It’s wonderful to hear about your experience using Prezola from the USA, and we’re so pleased that the honeymoon fund made gifting feel that little bit easier. Knowing your contribution will go towards experiences and memories the happy couple can enjoy together is such a special way to celebrate their wedding. ✈️✨

Thank you for choosing Prezola and for sharing your experience with us, we hope they have an incredible honeymoon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We’re sorry to hear that the charge came as a disappointment. We’d just like to clarify that there isn’t a charge simply for purchasing a gift through Prezola. Where a guest chooses to contribute towards one of the couple’s cash funds, a 1.9% administration fee applies to help cover the cost of securely processing and transferring those funds to the couple.

Any additional extras offered during checkout are completely optional and can be skipped, so guests can simply choose their gift or contribution and complete their purchase.

We do appreciate your feedback and understand that additional charges can be frustrating, which is why we aim to make any applicable fees clear during the gifting process. 💛

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.

We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the gifting process took away from your overall experience. Where a contribution is made towards a cash fund, a 1.9% administration fee applies to help towards the cost of securely processing and transferring those funds to the couple.

During checkout, we also offer optional extras which allow guests to personalise their gift, such as adding a card or message. These are completely optional and can be skipped if you would prefer simply to make your chosen contribution. 💛

We’d also like to reassure you regarding your contribution. Once a pledge has been completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that it has gone through. The purchase is also recorded against the couple’s Prezola list, and couples can choose to receive notifications when gifts are purchased as well as view their purchase details throughout their journey.

We appreciate your feedback and hope this provides some reassurance that your contribution was successfully made for the happy couple.
