It wont let me use the card in any place, Every single website declined the card even tho i had funds on it. ITS A SCAM WEBSITE, DONT BUY THE VIRTUAL VISA CARDS.

I have a debit card that I received as an incentive to get a rebate for a product I bought. Could never get card to work or find anyone to contact. A live person not an animated voice!
Web site just bounces to a site not safe and phone number is never a choice for what I want.
Now card is expires and no choice to get a replacement or help.
Very very bad customer service and a fraudulent company in my opinion!

Put money on to a prepaid card as part of work rewards. Couldn't log in to account as my username and password not working. Emailed customer services to reset the account and keep being sent the same email to provide the same information to access MY account! I am losing patience with this and they have MY money!

Created u/n, p/w etc. It wouldn't let me put it into a wallet. Then when tried to log in, it wouldn't accept my details. When I tried to reset, it just sent to a blank screen. No live chat, because ... you have to sign in first! Terrible.

Impossible de se servir de la carte, même sur les sites qui sont censés l'accepter. Désormais, impossible d'accéder à mon compte en ligne. Je me suis usée à enregistrer mes achats pour homescan durant un an pour obtenir une carte de 150€ que finalement je ne peux pas utiliser !!! Honteux

Después de varios meses intentando gastar el dinero de mi tarjeta virtual de Mastercard en varias tiendas online en España, no he tenido más remedio que recargar mi cuenta de Amazon con el valor de la tarjeta.

Digitalsolutions.... Una empresa deprimente.... si no funciona el pago será porque la tienda donde quiere comprar tiene un problema con el sistema de pagos... llame y consúltelo con la tienda online

La tienda online responde que ellos no tienen registro alguno del intento de pago con la tarjeta virtual de Mastercard

Te ves atrapado en un ping pong de ineficiencias y nadie intenta solucionar el problema o darte una solucion

La marca Mastercard se está haciendo un flaco favor con este producto

Is there a way to give a negative 1 star/ I am out $850 in points waiting for cards. I have received about 10 emails asking to verify my information or call. When I call all I hear is that I have to wait for 10 days after the confirmation email. Then! i get an email saying they need to verify my information. I'm stuck in a loop and I can't get help. I a so frustrated I could scream

0 stars or even -0. Wrost CS ever. Every mail I get is for ask me to wait days and days to check my account and my case. First was 5 days, now 10-15 days and after 25 days still i dont get any answer. What a joke of people.AVOID

This platform is used to do some e-phishing, avoid the usage of it.

Si que es cierto que da error en algunos sitios, pero en amazon y otros sitios funciona perfecto.

To start, this is not a scam website. However, they designed the product so poorly that it almost become one. The card cannot be used in a lot of outlets and cannot be used as a combined payment with other cards, making it almost unusable in a lot of purchases.
Secondly, their CS is horrible. The email and live chat support just keep providing canned replies that are not related to your issue. They are not helpful at all and keep pointing you at fault when they are the one who cannot comprehend a simple issue. The wait time for response is long.

Cannot even access the card. I have redeemed and activated it, but now cannot access it. Page just says "Error, will fix later". The reviews are not looking good and this is already a bad sign. I don't think I will receive my card and I think they just straight up scammed me.

Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben. Habe mich für eine 50€ Online Kreditkarte entschieden von Prepaiddigitalsolution. Bis jetzt war jede Abbuchung vom Kartenanbieter abgelehnt worden.

Eine bodenlose Frechheit das hier ist reine Abzocke man kann über sein EIGENES GELD nicht selbst verfügen. Wir innerhalb nächste Woche dafür keine Lösung gefunden werde ich den Fall an den Konsumentenschutz weiterleiten!!

They shouldn't deserver any star. I have several prepaid card under my name with same name/email/physical address. But these guys without notifying marked all my card inactive. I only realize when I tried to make a purchase and card was getting declined. Spoke several times with their customer support agent and each time they repeat that I will get an email within 5 business days.

Its been three weeks now and almost made 7 call to their support team but yet no update from them.

This Business should be marked under scrutiny by Federal Teams because they didn't even notified to customer while making any changes on the card/account. Pathetic support team

It's a really silly service. The card does not work on so many website (wanted to just connect it to my paypal, did not work). Even on stupid Temu it does not work, nor Apple Pay :D What was I supposed to do with this money?? But luckily buying an Amazon gift card worked.

Wymieniłam punkty na wirtualną kartę tej firmy lecz nie mogę w żaden sposób z niej skorzystać. Moim zdaniem jedno wielkie oszustwo. Po skontaktowaniu się mailowo z firmą dostałam niejasną odpowiedź z której nic nie wynika.

Card current balance information was readily accessible, but only as a website feature. This is clumsy when compared with an app. I was able to add the card information to my wallet and was always able to access this through Apple pay. Very convenient.

I'd highly recommend obtaining this card as a digital card and forego the physical card. Much easier to use, including through Apple pay and on line.

It's important to read the t's and c's for use of this card as there are numerous restrictions on how the card can be used.

If you try to redeem your card or anything else RUN AWAY, you will only find problems and never get your card it's just a scam don't ever use this website
