we went to the mall in dayton after visiting my sister not even 2 minutes into the mall we got stopped by a lady running the stand. she was nice & showed us the products but it was a very awkward experience. we bought the scrub & hand cream (200 sum dollars) she than asked if she could show us the face stuff. we said sure we tried it asked how we liked it said it was fine wtv. asked if we wanted to buy it i said no because that is just too much money after we just spent over 200 on some hand products. i had said no multiple times & she just kept asking cash or card , cash or card. keep in mind the whole time our daughter was in her stroller & this lady kept sticking her whole face in there. even asked for our personal number. we spent almost 400 dollars because this lady would not leave us alone. we left whatever than we got approached again by a whole different lady she tried to get us to buy even more after we told her multiple times we were not interested & had already bought stuff from there. when she finally looked at the bottom of the stroller to see we bought stuff she just stared at us , gave an awkward look at fastly walked away. i’ve never been to a mall where someone immediately walks up to you & keeps pressing & pressing even when you say no. products aren’t bad but definitely aren’t worth the money we spent on them & the experience.

I have been using several Premier Prestige products since visiting Israel in 2023.
I have been very pleased with the quality of my products and will continue to use them and their customer service has been excellent and efficient.

I am very Satisfied! After a wonderful facial my Visagist suggested that I purchase Prestige Psoricalm for the Neurodermitis that I have on my face.
The feeling of this product is very rich and creamy and brings moisture to that part of my face. I am overall very hopeful and happy I made the decision to purchase it.

They were amazing to work with when a product arrived shattered. They mailed a new one out the next day. The products are incredible and the lotion has worked to moisturize so well after just one use. I’ll definitely be a life long customer! 😊

Do not EVER buy ANYTHING from this company. It is nothing but a scam. There is no customer service to speak of and they will simply avoid your calls if you try to reach them locally. If they approach you, do not make eye contact and simply walk away

After placing order, they have refused to give me update on the shipping. I have sent series of mail which was left unattended to. This is totally unacceptable!

I bought the Eye Serum Premier Prestige product and I am very happy with it. Since I use it the eye contour is much fresher, my wrinkles have faded considerably and the dark circles are about to disappear, they are almost not visible. I am very happy with the product.

I have been using their eye serum for a little over 10 years and even though the skincare market is launching more and more variety, I continue using Premier. Before I used to buy it in my country but since they stopped selling it here I order it online. I love that they have promotions almost all year but during Black Friday the offers are more than great, plus they always send samples and even makeup bags.

In my last order one of my products spilled completely. The response from customer service was excellent, respectful and fast. They have sent me a replacement. I hope it doesn't take too much.

The customer service department was very quick to respond to my issue. One of the items in my order had leaked during shipping. I sent them pictures of the item and proof of leakage and they responded with confirmation of a new bottle to replace the one that had leaked.

I bought serum and cream age defying. I'm very satisfied.

I haven't been using the products long, but they feel great on my skin. My skin feels hydrated, soft and appears brighter. My fine lines already look less noticeable. I can't wait to see how much more improvement there will be with continuous use.

I bought this product originally for my wife at a mall kiosk (which I'm always a bit suspicious of), but after I started traveling to Israel for work, I spotted Premier Dead Sea's location along the shores of the Dead Sea. We've since learned so much about the benefits of the products coming from the Dead Sea. Our family loves this stuff.
