The minus is
Took less than 10 minutes to do the whole house??
Wasn’t impressed with how they looked afterwards and all the sills and frames wasn’t clean
I will give it another try and decide if I will carry on
My whole impression was not what I thought
The 3 stars is for punctually

Hi Mrs Conroy, we’re sorry to hear that your first clean hasn’t met your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the time taken and the cleanliness of your windows, frames and sills.
We’ve passed your feedback on to our Customer Care team to investigate further. We appreciate you giving us another opportunity to provide the standard of service we aim for, and we hope your next clean is a much better experience. Thanks, Preen & Clean
Not a happy customer!
My windows were really dirty as they hadn't been cleaned for a while. I received a message saying this can sometimes be the case but If id like someone to return to do them again, free of charge they would arrange it. I sent a message asking for this and have received nothing back. No return clean. I am now scheduled for my next clean after 4 weeks. Not impressed so far! The window cleaner who came was friendly but left immediately after cleaning, so didnt get chance to point out the dirty streaks left.

1st booking . Text to let me know they were coming next day and arrived when they said they would. Respectful of property. Some of my windows were very streaky after the wash, really need a wipe over after the wash but I know that is not offered. Invoice followed with clear advice how to pay, recepit issued quickly . Good communication about my next scheduled visit. Overall, good service, will continue to use .

Hi Karen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that your first clean went smoothly, our team respected your property, and you’ve been happy with our communication and invoicing process.
We use a purified hot water system to clean your windows without soaps or chemicals. However, if previous cleaners have used these products, it can take a few cleans to remove any leftover residue, so you may notice some streaking initially. We appreciate your patience while the system works to remove this residue.
If you’re still not happy with the results after your next few cleans, please contact our Customer Care team so we can discuss this further.
Thank you for choosing Preen & Clean. We look forward to continuing to provide you with our service. Thanks, Preen & Clean

Great service
Its a good set up, easy to use their online system etc. No hassle. Kept updated all the time . Very pleased with outcome and having had no window cleaner for ages the windows were filthy. They are a little streaky after the clean but am guessing this is to be expected after how dirty they were.
