Terrible communications and customer…
Terrible communications and customer service. I signed up for Preen & Clean thinking it would be an easy way to organise window cleaning, but never received any communications or confirmations that cleans had been booked. In fact, I received nothing from this company until they sent me a bill by post that I supposedly had 3 window cleans that I didn't know about.
When you try and call customer service, you are sent straight to a voicemail making it difficult to rectify anything. Once I finally did speak to someone they said it was sorted and the payments would be wiped. However, I received a letter threatening legal action 2 months later. I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to warn anyone from using this company - you are far better off finding a local provider you can contact directly.

Hi Aprile, we're really sorry to hear about your experience with us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive bills and a letter threatening legal action after being told the matter had been resolved.
Occasionally, network issues can affect communications, and with over 30,000 returning customers, our customer care lines can become very busy. However, we always aim to get back to customers as quickly as possible, as you mentioned we did when you initially contacted us.
We're particularly sorry that you've since received a letter threatening legal action, despite being told the payments would be cleared. We've passed this on to our customer care team to investigate what has happened and ensure this is looked into.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused. Thanks, Preen & Clean.

The plus was on time
The minus is
Took less than 10 minutes to do the whole house??
Wasn’t impressed with how they looked afterwards and all the sills and frames wasn’t clean
I will give it another try and decide if I will carry on
My whole impression was not what I thought
The 3 stars is for punctually
